We have heard Koho's being advertised on the radio, but have never gone there until today when we had to be in Kahului early in the morning. Decided to have breakfast at Koho's Andrew were not expecting it to be anything special. We were surprised how good the breakfast was. Now we plan to go back for lunch for dinner... More

This is the first time we have EVER been to a restaurant with this lack of service. We were seated and then not followed up with drinks or a "how are you" like the standard and when we got the food, it was wrong, and never again did our waitress fallow up on how things were she just gave us... They've got a little bit of everything. Faves are sautéed mushrooms and garlic bread, hurricane fries (not on menu but there's a pic here--go check it out), beef nachos, koho plate, fajitas, cobb salad, koho pasta, lemon pasta, etc. Fast and friendly service. Nice clean, casual place for locals. Make sure to save room for a Da Kine or Kilauea... More

We have visited each time we visit the island. Service is always top notch and the honey dipped fried chicken is excellent!!! Would not hesitate to visit next time.

The place has terrible ambiance - old furniture - uncomfortable chairs, dirty floors. Local food fare is average at best. Wait staff mediocre - not really interested in me, my order or my experience. Not going back.

Our group of five stopped here for breakfast. The restaurant is on the large size with plenty of seating. Everyone's meal was prepared wonderfully and tasted great with the exception of the vegetarian meal. The hash browns came out with bacon in them. Vegetarian's don't eat meat! Our waitress apologized and said she'd have a new order cooked fresh. When... More

I wanted to try something new at this place. Their fajitas as wonderful, but I ordered the pasta ( fetticinni, tomatoes, chicken, garlic butter) but it came with a sad salad of wilted greens and two tomato wedges. The pasta sauce was watery and the chicken was too salty. Kids had Mac n cheese and chicken nuggets. Service was friendly.... More

Koho Grill and Bar has been that go to place in town when you are hungry for breakfast and you don't really care what you eat, you just want to put something in your stomach type of place. I use to go there for lunch and order a BLT with fries before I stopped eating fried food. Nothing special here... More

Stopped by Koho's Grill & Bar for their Thursday Margarita special. It was well worth it. We drank 6 margarita's for under $20.00 and left the bar with money in my pocket. Great deal. Please remember that you get what you pay for with this $2.25 margarita. So don't expect anything fancy. A Hui Hou!

If by salsa you mean a can of chopped tomatoes and you expect herb cream sauce to taste only like salt (& MSG) then this place may suffice for you. Stick to a plain old burger and fries or local plate lunches. Not many good options in Kahului but I would rather eat at Tiffany's or Mike's in Wailuku or... More
