Another yummy meal for my husband. We found this gem on our way to our hotel from the airport. My hubby had the Firecracker Spicy Shrimp. For $13 you get a full portion of shrimp, mac salad and rice. The portion size of shrimp amazing. It fills up the complete bottom section of a to-go box container. That's a lot... More

We visited Maui in May and this was one of the places I wanted to try out. I was a bit reluctant to go around Maui just to find a food truck since there are so many great places to eat. But I am so glad we stopped there for their shrimp the day before we had to leave! We... More

I love eating shrimps.....so Geste Shrimp was on my list to check out. It did not disappoint. The shrimps are plump and flavorful. We got the spicy pineapple and Hawaiian scampi. Both are delicious but I'm more biased towards the scampi... so good. Be patient with the wait as they tend to get busy real fast at any given time,... More

If you like shrimp - this is the place to stop. We tried the Hawaiian and the Spicy Pineapple - soooo good. The only downside is having to peel each piece, and loosing some of the flavor this way, alongside the mess...but whatever it was delicious. One of the best food trucks we've eaten at period. Crab salad was good... More

We had Spicy Pineapple Shrimp....we should have brought some wet-wipes, but the extra napkins they give you are adequate. The shrimp, mac salad, and rice are filling and tasty. We took our food to the harbor and sat at a picnic table.

We ordered the Hawaiian Shrimp and Spicy Shrimp plates and both were delicious. Servings are generous - 12 shrimp and the plate comes with white rice and probably the best macaroni salad on the island. What makes this macaroni salad different is the added crab. Shrimp is peel and eat, but in a wonderful sauce. Plates were reasonably priced and... More

We stopped by the Geste Shrimp truck on our last day on Maui. We are super cheap and a food truck was just about our biggest splurge the whole trip hahah. I'm glad we did and wish we would have stopped by Geste more often honestly after we had their meal once. The truck is a little hard to find... More

This is the only shrimp truck on Maui. Shrimp trucks are very popular on Oahu, so I wanted to compare/rate this business.
