The upstairs bar is ideal for sunset. Drinks and service awesome, views are nature's artwork. The front pool Bar is amazing. Ask for Crystalin and have her mix you a special 151 Mai Tai. She has been mixing the best since 1993, and it gets...More

Great place to catch a sunset. One of the best places in Kauai for a sunset drink. Service is good and this place gets busy but its worth it. The free valet service is great too.

Would have like to give the experience 5 stars, but we had trouble finding seating in the lounge for the four of us, and really had to make it happen without help from servers or any other staff. So that's my one ding out on...More

We went for cocktails and had 2 Mai Tai's. They were $16 each plus tax and gratuity, so 38 Bucks for two drinks. Nice hotel though.

This is how to be elegant in Hawaii. There are great views and a fun Sunset Ceremony Inside is sophisticated and outside is relaxed. Drinks are good. Our sliders were not edible (hold off on ordering food). We have stayed at the St Regis many...More

Not french, but the Executive Chef is Jean-Georges Vongerichten! So, I could understand why the OP asked this question. It's outstanding! Enjoy!
