At the pool of the St. Regis Hotel with Bay Views, what is not to like? Ok, maybe the other people. It is a vacation spot, so its ok.

The Nalu Kai Grill is nestled beside the St. Regis pool with many tables nestled in a lush garden setting (these are the best spots by far). The menu offers typical lunch fare with a heavy emphasis on salads, burgers and sandwiches. We enjoyed the burger, pork tostada and green papaya mango salad being our favorite dishes (we ate here... We got some mixed drinks here are they were great - the pina colada with a rum float was deliciously strong! The cobb salad was great, but the taro burger was a bit odd (not bad, just different than what I expected). The only thing is that the waiter took quite awhile to serve us on the beach - everyone... Fish was a little small for the price. Cooked adequately. My wife had fish tacos that were good. Like most places in HI, will go again as the selection is limited without a major drive.

Located between the pool and the beach. We were seated in an open cabana which was nice on a 90 degree day which allowed the breeze to keep us cooler. The wait staff was friendly and well polished for visiting tourists. The food was excellent without a long wait. It was pricey due to the location but well worth it.

The views from the St. Regis in Princeville are incredible and if you're not staying at the hotel (we were staying at the Sheraton in Poipu) it's a great way to check it out and appreciate the incredible views it has to offer. Lunch was solid and nice to sit by the pool. Had the poke bowl which had a... More

Great beach/poolside restaurant at the St Regis. They serve a great Mai Tai. Try the chicken sandwich. It's big enough for 2 for lunch and comes with a small side salad that's very good.

The St Regis Princeville no longer serves lunch on the lobby level patio - which is a shame as that view at lunchtime in the breeze is stunning. However - you can have lunch poolside. As poolside food goes it was actually rather good. You can have fries or fruit so we split and each ordered one - neither disappointed.... More

Simple food, strait forward menu. Victoria was our server and we had a large group of 9. We weren't very organized and I'm sure drove Victoria nutts, but she did a great job serving to us and catering to one in our group who was a very particular eater. If you go, I suggest the sweet onion chips with ahi... More

This is a great pool side restaurant , or have the deliver to your beach chair. The tuna poke nachos are a must! Next would have to be the fish tacos and the burger. Great sweet potato fries and friendly service.
