The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was excellent and gave great recommendations. The view at sunset is the best on the island and makes for a perfect relaxing backdrop to a great dinner!

I' never had a better meal in my life!! Expensive but worth it. Steak seasoned perfectly and tender. Lobster was melt in your mouth. Highly recommended! Better than Ruth Chris and Morgan's Steak house

The food was delicious, we had the fixed menu, but very expensive! Ate here once and that was enough for us. Would have gone back if it weren't for the high prices.

Service was good, food was excellent. The best was the filet with a peppercorn jam. It was so good I actually ordered it to my room the next night too! The condenced milk ice cream was great! But has a very soft flavor, so best to eat it alone or else you won't get the milky flavor, just a sweet... More

Probably not fair to compare this to tasting menus found in NYC - but for the price it seems reasonable. Food is good, but you don't get the feeling the chef is going the extra mile to wow you. Service was a little inept as the waiter gave me the same wine two times although the wine pairing obviously had... More

This is the St Regis expensive fine dining restaurant that tourists and some locals save for special occasions. We dine here at least once during our annual visit to Kauai. Last year we had my birthday dinner here. My daughter called in advance from the mainland to have the pastry chef make a BD cake. Needless to say it was... More

Kauai Grill by Jean-Georges hit the fine lines. You essentially pay what you get for, and being at a St. Regis I was not disappointed at all. We have been to Spice Market in New York, and the Matador Room in Miami so we are no strangers to great food. We started with the scallops which packed so much flavor... More

The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the sunset over the ocean . The dishes are upscale seafood and local flavors. The octopus is not be missed. It is excellent. They offer a tasting menu with wine paring but off the menu choices are equally as delicious.

One of the surprises of the trip, Kaui Grill offerings were diverse and delightful. Exceptional tenderloin of beef.

This is a great restaurant anywhere. It's a resort island but the steak, the kamachi and fish were fantastic. This is fine dining (in a relatively casual atmosphere) by Manhattan standards. Not what you come to Hawaii for but if you want a nice high-end meal, this is a great option.
