My husband and I hadn't been to a luau in many years but decided to go again on this trip. A concierge at our resort recommended the Hyatt luau and I couldn't agree more after experiencing it. They delivered on every aspect. First of all...More

Food is surprising very good...Service is grand. Get here at least a half hour in advance to get a better table as it is first come, first serve. Drinks keep coming. A fun time was had by all our group from grandkids to grandparents.

I would definitely recommend the Grand Hyatt Luau! Our luau was moved inside due to weather but the spirit of aloha and authenticity was still felt in the ballroom. The check in process was smooth, complete with lei greeting and mai tais! The food was...More

This was an exceptionally beautiful luau and made for a perfect first evening in Kauai. The host was terrific, dancers stunning, food (especially the kalua pig) first rate -- all in all, one of our favorite memories. I love taking my young kids to live...More

The food, the service and the show was excellent. Downside is that you should arrive early in order to obtain a very good table. People are starting to line up at 4:30 PM for a 5:15 opening. Overall they seem to control the seating so...More

Been to Hawaii five times, and this is one of the best Luau's I've been too. The food is plentiful, hot and great. They even had steaks for people that didn't want the pork (shouldn't miss the pork). The show they put on was one...More

We stayed here for a long weekend (we live on Maui) and loved it. You might wonder why I gave it four stars instead of five? I travel a lot and while this hotel is beautiful, its not ultra fancy. We stayed in a Deluxe...More

Because it was windy & slightly chilly, the hotel opted to have the luau inside in the ballroom. BAD decision. It really destroyed the whole Hawaiian luau experience. You sat at tables set up in rows & a small stage up in the front. I...More

They really paint a great picture of Polynesian tribal life. The performances are crazy good! The food at the Luau was fantastic!
