I got the Loco Moco and it was delicious! The service was super quick! I would definitely come back here if I find myself back on the island of Kaua'i

I love their Loco Moco, probably the best in town, but I also love their Saimins, and so many more things... If you like local food with a Japanese trend, you will like everything here!

Then hubby decides he is hungry so we start looking for a place to eat. No to McDonald's and Burger King ....he decides to give up and we will just go to Wal-Mart. Went down... More

Fab value for money here for a quick stop diner on the way to Waimea canyon. Great service and delicious food and coffee. Highly recommended.

TipTop is your Old fashion 1950 style place but the food is always good but inexpensive. Portions are huge. Breakfast is amazing and they offer such variety. Nothing fancy, very casual. Why go to a chainwhen you can experience the real Hawaii.

My husband, son, and I visited Tip Top three times on our visit to Kauai. Its location only a few minutes from the airport lent itself to visiting just after and before our flights as we weren't staying in Lihue. Our first visit was around lunch and we enjoyed tuna melts for $4.50 each and some sushi to share. We... More

Love the local food and prices are not bad. Food portions is a lot and it's very tasty. Be advised, it does get very busy during breakfast and lunch so plan to go there early or right after the rush hour
