Conveniently located in Lihue. Very close to the airport that every time we come home from a trip this is the first place we got for poke, lau lau plates etc. The fish is fresh and there are tons of choices / options. Love this...More
I was working in Lihue recently & decided to get lunch from Fish Express. It's a take-out restaurant near Walmart. We've picked up lunch from there several times when working in Lihue in the past. Parking there is often hard to get as they are...More

Perfect to grab a snack or a full meal. They have plenty of variety of poke and seafood with different types of rice and other toppings. We needed something fast before going to the airport and this was a perfect choice.
A great place to get lunch and freah fish. They have no seating so we usually grab our food and head to the beach to eat it. Fish changes depending on the fresh catches and many are cooked in various sauces including blackened. We live...More

Yes! If you are planning to stop in at the Fish Express on your way from Lihue Airport to Princeville, you can stop at Lydgate Park to eat. This is a nice stop, in general, if you have enough time to revisit while on your trip. Great snorkeling here with unique marine life in an enclosed reef. There is also a Heiau (sacred Hawaiian site) in this park. Lydgate is about 10 minutes (approximately 5 miles) away and on your way to Princeville. There are plenty of covered picnic tables here where you can eat and park free of charge. There's also lots of open grass area for a blanket layout and beach time. Enjoy!
