My wife and I drove by this lovely restaurant at noon. We noticed a sign for happy hour and decided on lunch. We had tried to get in this place a week before, but it was too busy. We were very pleasantly surprised both by the price of food and drink and by the quality of the food.
Apparently, this place serves many of the local residents and was able to survive through the pandemic. My meal, a pork belly bun and a slider appetizer, was perfectly done. My wife wishes she had ordered the pork belly instead of her hamburger which was a bit overcooked.
Staff was very friendly and the cook obviously well-qualified. Lots of parking, at least at noon.
I recommend this place.

We stopped for a quick bite and drinks. They had lunchtime happy hour food, beer and wine specials, but not mixed drink specials so that was disappointing. $10 for a Mai Tai seemed steep compared the the $4-5 appetizers. But everything tasted great.

Rolled in to this place after getting off the flight to get some food and a beer. Got a seat and it was Happy hour so looking at the menu, was amazed at the deals! $3 pints of local craft lagers, great deals on the food...wings, sliders, etc. Got the soy garlic wings, and the lemon pepper ones ..Wow! So good! Had a Loco Moco which was great also! Our bill was so much less than what we would have paid in California! Went over to that side of the island again and had to drop in again. Too early for happy hour but the deals were still great $3 pints always, got more wings and tried the Bahn sandwich with fresh fried Ahi that had a dipping sauce that was so good! And the green salad with papaya dressing, also killer! Walked out again with a small tab! Both times was about $50 for two with quite a few beers! Go there!!

Stopped in around 6p on a Thursday. Only waited a minute or two to be seated, but after 25 minutes we flagged down a waitress to order. Then with 10 minutes of ordering, 2 other waitresses stopped by. Had to order cocktail refills 3x’s before they finally arrived. We are the happy hour menu. The beef sliders were great - would eat those again. The pork sliders were gross. The Parmesan wings were not good, the tko sauce ones were good. Fries were ok. The burger w the egg & gravy was just gross - we wouldn’t eat it.
Service bad & only some of food was ok. Don’t plan to eat here again.

I wasn't sure what to expect the first time we visited a couple years ago and but we were very happy with the food, beer and service. We went back yesterday and were blown away by the food - you get a huge serving for a great price. Roger the bartender was a great host and kept us entertained. They also have a great beer selection, possibly the best on the island.

We visited after dark, and were surprised that exterior doors were open. It was so cold I had to go back to my car to get a jacket. Our waiter closed the door nearest us so it was tolerable.
The grilled chicken was a bit tough, and very bland. I’m glad I opted for the soy sauce, so I could add some flavor. It came with white rice, which was very welcome. I was getting really tired of French fries.

Stopped in at happy hour and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the offerings. The chef has a knack for combining ingredients to bring out somewhat unique but most certainly delicious flavors. Went with a small group and we had a little of everything. It was all superb. If you're around Kapa'a, don't miss Taps and Hops!

Excellent Happy Hour 3pm-5pm with a little spare minutes. Dan was our server and made sure we got our second order in before happy hour ended! Props to Dan for reminding us the time as we sat in the patio area enjoying the late afternoon. The food choices on the happy hour menu are great and you don’t need to be in the bar seating area. First time here on this trip. Four years ago it was a different place. We noticed a change in name and food choice and decided to visit the new restaurant. Very pleased with the quality of beer choices, quality of food, and service. Although it is right off the street the patio seating is just high enough to block for some privacy.

We went here on day two and thought it was very good. So, we went back on our last night. We also ordered the same things each time. I had the fish sandwich which was seared ahi on a taro bun with papaya sauce and fries. It was great (although the last night my ahi wasn't warm all the way through). The fries are especially good (and I'm not a huge fry fan - I ate them all). My mom had the beef sliders and ate some of my fries.
The two wait staff are SUPER nice and helpful. In fact, they remembered us which was very special.

This place had such a great happy hour menu. There are great food options such as the Loco Moco and a pork belly bao. The prices were super reasonable. There were about 5 beers that were from $3 for the Kona Light to $5 for the rest. If you are looking for great prices and great food this is the place. Happy hour is from 5-8 and is 100% worth a visit!

Went in for dinner and was told to sit anywhere. Server came over after several minutes and took our order. We ordered a couple of beers. After that we didn't see her for 10 minutes or so, then I flagged her down and asked if she could take our order, we told her she already took our order???? She recalled it and went on her way - got the beers several minutes later.
After takign a few sips of her beer, my wife didn't like her beer and ordered a glass of wine when we ordered some tapas. The server came out with our food but no wine, 5 minutes later, I got up and found her and asked if she would get the wine - she said it was coming out any minute. Then I saw her ask the bartender for it...
Food was fine but our server was having a rough day

We stopped in for an early dinner after kayaking and hiking Uluwehi Falls. We were starving, so I did a quick Google search and stumbled upon this place.
You walk in and seat yourself. We were lucky enough to find a table right away. We got a regular burger and a fish burger. The fish burger was awesome and their fries are to die for.
Overall good service. There was a little snaffu on our order and some wings were forgotten. But other than that it was a good spot to grab a quick bite and a beer.

Food is very reasonably priced and the selection is excellent. We've had several of the appetizers and they were all very tasty. Drinks are also reasonably priced and even better during Happy Hour. You can watch almost any sports event on their several TV's. Only downside to this place is their level of service. You need to be prepared for a slow process. Waiters seem to be learning as they go. Best to come with your drink already in mind so you can get that going while you wait for them to come back for an order. If they could improve the service, I would rate them a 5. We'll continue to go back and hope the service improves.

We went here for dinner on our recent trip, the food took extremly long to receive, but it was very good. Unfortunately, one of our party's order was missed and didn't come out till we finished eating. It could have been handled a lot better, an apology and warning that dinner had been missed. The apology came after our guest got very upset with the service team. There did seem to be a lack of staff, so maybe the restaurant took on took many customers.

Stopped here because my husband loves craft beer and he was looking for a bar with some food that had a variety of options. Was not disappointed at all! The bartender was super friendly and helpful and the beer selection is really nice. The Happy Hour deals are awesome and we loved the half portion options! The space is great and really well laid out. I loved the atmosphere, even though it wasn't crowded when we stopped in. I had the pork belly bowl and my husband had the loco moco, both the small portions. They were perfect for lunch for us. Plus, the beers were cold, which was a huge thing for us! We definitely want to come back here on our next trip.
