Aaron is the nicest guy in the world! Great flavor combo recommendations and free snowcap. The mango, coconut and vanilla was terrific. I love uncle Aaron and his great shave ice!

Great choice on Kauai and very fine shaved ice. To me, this beat snow in Hawaii. We had the passion fruit, lychee, and pineapple and a lime, vanilla, and mango. All of the flavors were great, but I particularly enjoyed the passion fruit and husband loved the vanilla and lime. Both of these were snow capped and the owner was... More

So I stopped by here because I'd read about this place, then heard about it during a tour once I was on the island. I'm not sure I'm a Shaved ice connoisseur, but I have had shaved ice in Oahu and Kauai multiple times. This is overall my absolute favorite place to go. He truly is just a stand set... More

This is a small Shave Ice stand outside the Big Save store. Aaron is the guy that makes the shave ice and all of the syrups. There no ice cream, red beans, or fancy toppings, but if you stick around and enjoy the experience you'll understand why people come here. You'll see locals that stop by for their "regular" shave... Aaron, the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! He makes a fantastic shave ice! We went to a couple other places, but they did not match up to his! He makes his own syrup and it is a toss up as to which is the best. The blue vanilla, coconut, and pineapple with the snow... More

We read about this shave ice stand in our Kauai tour book and we are sooo glad we tried it. Took a couple of turn arounds to find but it was worth the searching. The gentleman was very friendly and even have us some recommendations of other good local finds. We plan on returning before we leave.

We were hot, sticky and thirsty...to borrow a quote from a famous beer advert...'this ice shave refreshes the parts no other ice shave reaches'. We went back the next day and he remembered what we had ordered the previous day. Thank you Levi (Photographic Tours) for the recommendation.

First trip to Kauai and in the last 10 days have hit about 12 shave Ice stands. If not for a tour guide "Levi" on a photo tour we would have missed Hawaiian Blizzard! Thanks Levi as this was the best we have had...by far! Don't think we can beat the treat at this little stand. Coming back for 2nds... More

We found this place on TripAdvisor so we checked it out. The owner is a super kind man, who is a Christian. He sets up shop outside on the side of a building. He is very clean and neat about his set up. I enjoyed the Li Hing Mui flavor Ice. If you want to enjoy Shave Ice (no 'd')... More

this is not your typical shave ice place. it's in a small run down shopping center and only open around 1:30pm weekdays and weather dependent. the owner is a very nice man, a Christian and a good heart. It's not the best shave ice ever but it's definitely worth it.
