We made KPC our fancy last meal in Hawai'i, and sitting by a window as the sun sets is not a bad deal. The food was alright. The poke was delicious, the mac n cheese was great, the monchong was fantastic, so food wise we were overall pleased. The wine wasn't that great, and the service was weak. Not sure... More

The view and service were top notch. For the price the food was just okay. It is expensive, we spent over $100 per person for our dinner which included small salads, main course and glasses of wine. There concept is farm to table so we expected it to be more delicious.

We went for my mother in laws 60th birthday and it just didn't live up to our expectations. Food was alright but not great. Staff were polite but not super friendly or super good. Views of the sunset were okay but way to crowded with selfie sticks everywhere. Restaurant in general seemed chaotic and noisy. Recommendation: go to nearby waikoloa... More

The bartender recommended the kid's size Keala'ola Farms Organic Local Greens which was incredibly fresh with a wonderful citrus tang dressing paired with the Ginger Infused Steamed Monchong. Save a little salad to pair with the fish...your mouth will say WOW!

My wife and I booked the upgraded seating which got us a front row seat to an amazing sunset. Our server was Excellant and very efficient. My wife had the filet on a potato cake and the flavor and seasoning was melt-in-your-mouth good. I ordered a bone-in ribeye in my usual medium rare preference. The steak arrived at the table... We enjoyed the beach surrounding, which was only a few feet away along with the food. The menu had a great variety of appetizers, beverages, desserts and entrees to choose from. There was something for everyone.

Everyone in our party had an amazing meal. The food was awesome and so was the service. Julio was our waiter and he couldn't have been better. Both he and the manager Jennifer were great with our smal kids (I wasn't sure if that'd be the case at a nicer restaurant). They even asked if my 6 year old wanted... More

We had high expectations for the restaurant, looking for fresh, farm-to-table cuisine in a location with a spectacular sunset for our anniversary dinner. When we first arrived, we were greeted kindly by the host staff, but the bartenders were dismissive. We were asked to find a seat on the patio and they would get our drink orders, but after a... We made a last minute reservation in June during our stay here on the Hilton property. It was a 8:30 reservation, and we were seated cliffside outside. It was dark, but the cliffs are lighted and it's an amazing setting for dinner, being able to watch the waves crash onto the beach. Started out with the Pacific oysters, which were... More
