Took my family of five here and the food was good but very expensive. We knew that coming in the door so the cost was not shocking. Good views and nice staff.

Very nice setting, very busy, great selection of many types of foods! We loved the Miso soup ensemble along with the fresh fruit selection. If you don't eat B'fast here I don't know where you would, there are no choices! But its good.

Big Island Breakfast at Water's Edge has nice waterfall and river views. It is bright and clean. It offers not only typical north American breakfast (toasters, pancakes, muffins, crumpled eggs, bacon strips, different type of juices, coffee), it also offer fried rice, Kimchi, miso soup, pickled cucumbers, cake and bread puddings, fresh cut fruits, etc. We love the coconut flavored... We have visited Hilton Waikoloa Village five times now. From our last visit the overall quality of the resort has gone down. Most radical change was visible in the breakfast buffet which was rather good some 3-4 years back still and 6-7 years ago it was excellent. Now service is simply something you would not expect in a five star... More

The breakfast buffet is wonderful; you and your kids will find food they love! French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and pastries, and the waffle bar are big hits with the kids. Mom and dad can get omlettes, eggs, bacon, quiche, fresh pineapple and paypya, pastries, coffee and more. The juice bar has three selections each morning that the kids love.... More

This is worst kind of hotel breakfast buffet scrum, queues of people, bland tasteless food, and super expensive. You will only go once..

Great fresh fruits, pastries, juice, eggs and selection of hot and cold breakfast. However it is a bit pricey.

Great Food - Awesome ambiance, a bit costly but it was worth the meal. I would highly recommend this place as it is a must.

It's hard to do a high-volume buffet well and Big Island Breakfast does it very, very well! Made-to-order omelet station lines can get long, but moves quickly. Our favorites from the hot food station were the soft scrambled eggs, fluffy pancakes, french toast, turkey bacon, and the daily special Kiawe smoked pork. Excellent fresh cut fruits and moist house baked... More

A lot of choice, with the highlight being the omelette bar. However if you get there late there are long queues. Even worse, they run out of some of the more popular foods (can you believe they ran out of papaya on both days that we arrived at about 10 am?). If it is not included in your package, you... More
