I'm from the UK, fish and chips is almost our national dish and over the years I've eaten my fair share, but these were the best. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection but it was the batter tat made it special, slightly crunchy, very tasty and no sign of any grease or oil. The fish was served with... More

The fish and chips are huge portions and always delicious. Get there early in day for best selection. Ono is my favorite and the ahi is always fabulous.

This small, clean restaurant is right off the road. When you walk you'll see locals eating here. On our visit there were five types of fresh fish featured: Ono, mahi mahi, ahi, cod & salmon. There are also posters of a variety of fish on the wall. We ordered the fish and chips and a fish burrito (large amount of... More

The cook/server was really nice. You can watch her hand dip & bread your choice of fresh fish while you wait. Nothing extraordinary about the meal - just fried fish.

This is a great place to get fresh local fish and chips. The selection changes daily and the place is crowded with locals. The appearance is humble, but clean.

Really fresh fish and chips ! Delicious crab cakes. Fish is fresh catch daily. You have a choice of depending on the day 5 different kinds of fish. Small seating area inside but does have tables outside.

First off, no atmosphere. It actually doesn't matter.... It's fish and chips, not the Ritz! We usually take ours to go, as do many people, but there are tables inside and out. Fish is breaded and cooked to order. I enjoy the Mahi, Ono and tempura shrimp. They have a sign listing what fish are available each day. They have... More

This a little fish market that makes great fish and shrimp. Great selection of Local fish. Don't miss it.

Neat little place in the Pahoa Marketplace. What it lacks in ambiance it totally makes up for in great food. You get nice portions for the price and the menu has a nice selection to choose from. I would definitely go there again. Just an FYI, they only have restaurant dining available until 6pm. After that it's takeout only.
