I never had tastier poke than here. We came 3 days in a row. So fresh, so tasty! Choose your fish and then do magic yourself! Owners are super nice!

I've driven past many times and finally decided to try it. What a mistake! They only offered frozen ahi cubes....yet they are a few blocks away from the ocean/shore, the fishermen, and the fresh fish monger/distributor Suisan. It seems like they get their frozen fish from Suisan as it looks just like their frozen ahi, Suisan also offers fresh ahi... More

Looking for a good place to try Poke, Google directed us to Poke to Your Taste, which looks like a complete dump from the outside - but don't let that put you off! The guy behind the counter is very entertaining, and provides good, fresh poke. You can choose from plain tuna, tuna marinated in shoyu, octopus and shrimp. You... More

My wife and I were going through Hilo around lunch. Had a taste for Poke, found this place. For $20, we got two orders. Menu isn't complicated, really simple and the Poke is out of this world. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great little place for a quick lunch! The guy behind the counter was a crack up. It was also fun mixing up your own poke. Nothing fancy here but it sure was mmm mmm good!

We came here based off of TripAdvisor. It is a tiny little place on the corner of a very busy intersection. Other than that, we loved the selection. As a couple new to the amazingness of poke, we liked the idea of being able to "build our own". We enjoyed talking to the guy serving us, as he was full... More

They weren't open one day and then we went back and they didn't have the poke I wanted. No bueno. I got my poke from the grocery store nearby.

This guy was selling poke out of a van a few years ago, then he got this shop near the airport. Parking can be tricky, but you get to make your own poke how you like it....very fresh. He sells beer too and also kim chee tako (octopus) poke.

This is a little "hole in the wall"' but the fish was very fresh and it was fun to season it yourself. If you are adventurous and love poke, give it a try! Great price for what you get!
