This mochi spot though remember, cash only. We weren’t sure what we liked but realized quickly we prefer fruit filled ones. And the strawberry shortcake is a must-have. Very small but extremely friendly. Drove from Kona just for this place.

I live here so when friends come to visit we go here to pick up some of the best mochi in Hilo. Best to get there early as it can get busy.

First Timer!! The mocha here is amazing, especially when it is filled with strawberries. This place is quite busy with tourist and locals, but the wait is worth it. You have to experience each flavor. Parking is available.

Lots of options available for a prepared wait a little bit as there was definitely a line. Mochi what is good the strawberry shortcake was our favorite. Street parking is available right in front of the restaurant.

For a variety of very tasty mochi, you cannot beat the two ladies kitchen. Be prepared to wait because there always is a line if people waiting to be served.

This place would qualify as average-below average in Japan IMHO. If you don't know how to make Mochi, it's great. If you do know how? It's alright I guess. My only reason for stopping here is if I'm being lazy and need small gifts to...More

This place is incredible and you just have to experiment with the flavors. I love how they use the fruits of the season. Today they had peach mochi, grape mochi, and persimmons(from Maui!). They only take cash so bring enough money to satisfy your cravings!...More

If you want good Mochi, come here! There was a line out the door for this place and we waited. It was so worth the wait! The variety box is tasty. Buy a bag and get two pieces of strawberry mochi free! The strawberry shortcake...More

O don’t think they ship anywhere, probably they don’t even deliver within Hilo. It’s a local place, they only accept cash and you need to wait while your order is prepared (cooked). Someone there will need to ask them but I... More

You will have to call them. Mochi needs to be fresh so not sure it’s a viable idea.

I have Celiac so I was sure to ask. All but 1 or 2 were gluten free (those had cake inside). There were great about knowing which ones were, as many flavors change daily.
