Chicken Sate Pot Stickers
The​ bamboo specialty! Thai seasoned chicken, herbs, and peanuts, hand-wrapped by aunty mary in won ton pi, steamed, and served with our famous, spicy, sweet chili mint sauce.
Thai Coconut Prawns
Grilled prawns nestled in our homemade Thai coconut sauce with garlic, ginger, coconut milk, sambal and herbs, and garnished with fresh papaya salsa.
Kalua Pork Quesadilla
Tender, smoked pork from the imu and jalapeno jack cheese tucked in a grilled flour tortilla, topped with tropical fresh fruit salsa and sour cream. (We make a vegetarian version, too...)

Ok...this is it. Our "broke da mouth" ribs, grilled with homemade roasted pineapple barbecue sauce. A full rack - and we mean a rack! Also a half rack or a petite portion.
Beef Tenderloin
A thickly cut 10 oz. Filet of tender beef, grilled to your taste and finished with our jack daniels and carmelized maui onion "tipsy" sauce. Also available in a petite 5 oz. Portion.
Chargrilled New York Steak
A 12 ounce cut of tender new York steak, grilled to your liking, and served plain and simple, peppercorn crushed, or with our jack daniels "tipsy" sauce.
Ko'ala a Opai (Surf and Turf)
A juicy 5 oz. Filet and three black tiger shrimp, flame-broiled and nestled on a green papaya salad, then finished with roasted pineapple barbeque sauce.
Kohala Cordon and Kalua
Macadamia nut crusted organic chicken breasts wrapped around Smokey kalua pork and swiss cheese, oven baked until hot and juicy, and then topped with our lilikoi mustard glaze.
At bamboo, we pride ourselves in using only the freshest fish available from local waters, caught by fishermen from our own community. All fish dishes are offered in full or petite portions.
Hawaii Thai
Herb grilled and basted with a bouqet of Thai flavors: coconut milk, ginger, and sweet chili, then textured with fresh bean sprouts, cilantro, and peanuts.
Coconut Crusted
A crispy, light coconut crust on the fresh fish of the day, served with your choice of potatoes or rice, drizzled with our sweet chili aioli and served with the fresh green vegetable of the day. Available in full or half portions.
Crispy Polenta
A crispy goat cheese polenta, laid atop a bed of organic greens.... your fish is then lightly grilled and finished with our lilikoi mustard sauce.
Artichoke Lemon Cream
Plump artichoke hearts in a tangy cream sauce accented with lemon and fresh parsley. Topped with capers and served with crispy goat cheese polenta and the fresh vegetable of the day.
Seafood Risotto
A classic risotto with artichoke hearts, calamata olives, garlic and parmesan cheese. Set on a bed of fresh spinach and topped with the fresh fish of the day, tiger shrimp, and scallops, then drizzled with sun dried tomato aioli.
Sesame-Nori Crusted Shrimp
Large tiger prawns in a crispy panko and furakaki crust, laid on a bed of sesame cole slaw and served with a ponzu dipping sauce. Accompanied by vegetables and your choice of rice or potato.
Fish, Shrimp, Veggie or Chicken Alfredo
Garlic and herb grilled shrimp over fettucine noodles, tossed in a garlic and parmesan cream sauce and garnished with diced tomato and green onions. Available in full or half portions.

Yes, we have a children's menu, and we even have a place for crumbmeisters. Kids are welcome... and, yes, of course we appreciate well behaved ones. So do you. :-)
