Parking Not For Travel Trailers

We were passing through Worland pulling our travel trailer and wanted a quick and easy lunch. When McDonald's was a fair choice for food parking anywhere near with a trailer is a challenge. Lots of local construction and little parking available on the street and definitely none in the parking lot. We did manage to park on the street a short walk away and were pretty disappointed in the speed of the service. It is not that hard to make a Filet-O-Fish and McNuggets but it took a good 15 minutes to get the food and tye were not all that busy. The only explanation I can offer is they are like the rest of the world right now and cannot find enough employees to meet the demand. Fortunately, I don;t live in the area and will get better service elsewhere.

So slow

Came in around 9pm. Took almost 15 minutes to get our food. Wasn’t great but after a long day on the road it was supposed to be fast. Food is never that great at McDonald’s but this one seems to be the worst.

I guess Worland has really low standards for McDonalds

We went on a Sunday night at 6:00 because most restaurants in Worland are closed on Sunday. It wasn't very busy, but we had to ask the one person behind the counter to wipe down a table for us. Also, the drink area was a shambles and no-one did anything to clean it. Two employees (I guess they were on their break) went outside for a smoke and then sat at a table and talked the whole time we were there. Oh, and the fries were lukewarm. Go with low wxpectations and you won't be disappointed.

Rude, vulgar employee

I ordered on the app, based on a buy one get for $1 deal, but then my bag only had one of the items. I told the worker at the window, who said I would have to pull around and come inside. I said, no, handed him my receipt, and said 'just give me my money back.' He turned around to a manager and said, 'can you help this a-hole?' (except he said the actual word) I sent a complaint to the McDonald's system, but the store manager then expected me to call her back 'so she could make it right' but then after trying a few times and not reaching her, I just sent her a message and said I would just forget about it, and just no longer eat there. And her response was 'fine.' So, here I am seven months later, and I have not been back. Small town limitations as they are, what can you expect from the local McDonalds franchisee? It should be more than this.

Best McDonalds Ever!

The staff are always pleasant, are hardworking to please and I've been so happy with this restaurant. Food is always prepared well and terrific customer service.

Disgusted

Filthy all around. Smell of rotten milk when you walk in. Dirty booths/tables, good was given on a dirty tray with no tray liner. Ketsup mound in drain by soda fountain. Food and dirt on floors. Several employees behind counter so not sure why the place wouldn't be clean.

Stopped to treat the kids after dinner & roadtripping all day. Had 5 vanilla cones & a chocolate shake. The place was clean & the staff friendly & quick. It seems this is a smaller McDonald's & doesn't have the full menu. Doesn't bother me though. Going to get coffee in the morning though.

Good ole' McDonalds

The staff were very nice and clean. The service was good and fast! It is alway a little crowded at lunch time but we found a table and had a quick lunch. The artisan chicken sandwich was very good and my favorite.

Fast and clean

One of the cleaner McDs I've been to. It is very narrow and box like but seemed to have been recently remodeled. Lot and dining areas were clean and food was fresh. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!
