This café has fabulous home-cooked meals. I had ground beef steak, gravy, onions, banana slices, and sweet potato waffle fries. My husband had a Denver omelet, country fries, and slaw. All three of us really did enjoy our meals. Our favorite part of the meal was the pie- I had lemon meringue and my husband had apple. We purchased a... More

Great true mineral bath houses. The park is beautiful. The sulphur odor ,from the sulphur springs,is very strong. I'M asthmatic and my breathing was affected ,until I got back in the car.The kids will love the bison walking along and on the roads. We waited maybe 5 minutes before they cleared us a path. The bath house has showers and dressing areas, and people... More

The lady at the motel recommended The Black Bear. We stopped for breakfast. The service was great as was the food. In fact, it was so good, we went back for lunch.

We needed a break during a long drive home and found this wonderful Café. The young lady serving us, an import from St Louis, MO, was fun and professional and her suggestions were great. The Buffalo Burgers and Reubin were delicious and so was the Lemon Meringue pie. Well worth stopping!

I had a great breakfast hear, at a reasonable price. Despite a busy Sunday morning crowd I was given a warm welcome upon entering the restaurant, and it was followed by quick service. Food was wonderful, and the potatoes about the best I have ever had. Their food tastes homemade not typical restaurant quality, I wished it was later in... More

A bit of honesty up front. I know the owners, the back and front house staffs and I like them all! That said, I still would like to put in a good word for all of them. The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is attentive. So attentive that I get a huge hug from my... More

We only wanted a light lunch. Hubby ordered french fries with gravy on the side. The brown gravy was yummy. The fries were homemade and good. I ordered the turkey bacon wrap on corn tortillas. It was underwhelming. One slice of turkey and one slice of crispy (not bad) bacon with some lettuce. I added the French fry sauce to... More

Home cooked meal. Walked in door 5 mins before 3pm. Friendly staff. Understand they have good breakfast, too. Plus homemade desserts.

Thank Blon2be
