Piste is a commonly used French word meaning "a marked path down a mountain for snow skiing and snowboarding." For many, a journey along this type of mountain trail is a reward in its own right, but in the Rendezvous Lodge at the top of the Bridger Gondola, it takes on a new meaning. You can ride the Bridger free starting at 5:00PM. We didn't have reservations and we got a table for four within 30 minutes. I'm not sure about take out...you would need to call them for that information.
