Just amazing, they put a lot of effort into the food and the location is just perfect, sat on the outside patio with my dog and got hours and hours of work done on the computer. quiet yet attractive!

The food was great, bacon wrapped dates with Gorgonzola were a delish app. Shrimp and grits were different than I’m used to but still really good! The cocktail was amazing!

Really, really good. We shared our meals. She had shrimp and grits which incorporated artichokes resulting in the “best shrimp and grits” we’ve ever had. The locally barbecued brisket was also phenomenal with three different BBQ sauces. Accompanied by homemade Mac n cheese and grilled...veggies … delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant and gave it 5 stars!!!!!More

Reviews are good. Pictures look good. Every burger has two patties. I was a little confused as to why. Ordered the fries. Looked like house cut fries, and cooked well enough. Then it hit me. The fries are cut thin to cook quickly. The two...burger patties are thin to cook quickly. So this is an in door quick food joint without the drive up. It was good but just that. The buns are really good. Those get a special mention. Fifty dollars for two burgers. tax and tip included. I travel all over the state. I know where fifty will get me a memorable meal. Good enough, but not fifty dollars worth.More

In a very honest response to your review, you have hit upon some of our greatest challenges as we struggle to operate Firewater to the level of which we dream. With a limited work force and rapidly climbing ingredient costs, we have retooled and reset...More

Walked in for early dinner. Was able to sit at the bar and enjoy a few beers and the orange chicken sandwich. Beer was cold and had great flavor. Tried the pumpkin ale with cinnamon and sugar around the rim, Was very good. The chicken...sandwich was large and tasted good. I ended up taking it apart since it was so large. Overall a great stop. Would go again if in the area.More

The atmosphere was friendly and the food delicious. I loved the fact that they had drinks that featured WY spirits, but they didn't limit it just to the drinks. The locally sourced Bison burger - YUMM!!!

Food was amazing and fresh! We had burgers which were cooked perfectly, and the salads were fresh with yummy homemade dressing. Cheesecake and a cookie for dessert and we were full. Our server, Natasha, was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great meal!

In Saratoga for a night and liked what I read on TripAdvisor so had dinner at Firewater Public House. So glad this was our choice! Server Rachel took great care of us. Bison meatloaf patty melt was excellent. Sat outside and enjoyed the Wyoming summer...evening. In these times of staffing shortages in the restaurant industry (among many), Firewater is going the extra mile. Bravo!More

This was one of the best places we have been in over a month of traveling. The food is really good. Places say "comfort food" but fall short. This place did not disappoint. Fried chicken and mash was recommended and it was all that. But...OMG the roasted veggies that were a "side" should have been the star attraction. From beginning to end someone in that kitchen knows exactly what they're doing so kudos to them. I'm gluten free and while they don't have a ton of GF options, the GF bun I had with my burger was awesome! Normally those buns suck but here feel free to order one of their inventive offerings and know you're going to enjoy it. The beer and wine list was also seriously top notch. Someone with lots of taste (or at least tastes similar to mine) made some truly excellent selections from both near and far for wine, spirits and beer. Also served at a fair price so it was easy to enjoy multiple selections. Their bartender was also excellent as the mixed drink was obviously freshly made and contained no mixes, sadly rare to find but the cocktail was very enjoyable. Hard to decide amongst all the bounty of great offerings but we sampled wine, mixed drinks and beer and not a clunker to be found thankfully. They also had live music out on the deck, and had booked in a traveling tour which was a surprise. Great music topped off a great night. My only suggestion would be to sit both ends of the large tables as we felt bad there was a wait and we were taking up a huge table with just the two of us. Would have gladly shared the other end!More

I rarely give an 'excellent' rating but I just had to for Firewater. When a local recommended this restaurant as the best in a town of 1700 residents, I wondered how great it could be but I ended up eating there three days in a...row! A cute house was remodeled into this attractive pub, which has good parking and lots of seating options as well as a fully stocked bar. Deer wandering freely through the area add to the ambiance. Inside and outside seating, fun and open atmosphere, an electic menu and delicious food combine to make a very appealing restaurant. The service was very good, and the server recognized me on both of my return trips. Would LOVE to return but it's unlikely I will ever get back to this area.More

Everything I ordered came off the appetizer menu - more than enough to eat, ended up taking more than half home, you need to try the brussel sprouts and peppers, the truffle fries (AWESOME), and the wings. My husband had the Firewater burger, there were...11 in our group and not one single complaint, the service was great, waitresses were polite, great place, looking forward to going back!More
