Went for Dinner. The menu is varied and they have a salad bar option with the meal. Country décor and clean. Prompt seating and service. Prices reasonable. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean pleasant place to eat in Riverton

The Trailhead Family Dining Restaurant in Riverton, Wy. We ate here had their Hot Roast Beef open faced sandwich. We saw several good looking dishes.

Good quick meals. They have great catfish and my husband likes the burgers. A good place for a quick bite. Home cooked style meals. Offer great mashed potatoes and a nice salad bar. Love eating here.

If you want a local place to eat in Riverton, this is the place! The locals come here. We rubbed shoulders with cowboys and construction workers, grandmas and kids. The wait staff are everything you'd expect from a local restaurant: friendly, engaging and loud. They want everyone to feel welcome and bend over backwards to accomplish that. The place is... More

Breakfast at the Trailhead is good simple down home food. But watch out, the portions are very large.

It has been several years since I visited the Trailhead and breakfast all day is still the feature I like the most. I wish I could still eat the Mountain Man breakfast with its gravy, biscuits, sausage, other breakfast meat eggs, hashbrowns and toast but the two egg special I had was good. The ham was a very large slice... More

There is really nothing to say about this family restaurant that is ultimately just plain a good, safe and great place to eat! They have an excellent salad bar, fresh and varied...the dressings, especially the Roquefort is some of the best I have ever tasted, The gentleman at the door, what a wonderful sense of humor, warm and friendly which... The restaurant was recommended by the hotel clerk. They were very busy by the time I got there. I waited a bit but when served the food and service was very good. It was Monday and I had the special, meatloaf. The meatloaf was very tasty, just like at home. It came with mashed potatoes and peas. The peas where... More

I LOVE restaurants that serve breakfast all day!!! We ordered 2 Blueberries Hotcakes with blueberry syrup and Half Mountain Man based on recommendation from waitress. Just the right amount of food for both of us. Ordered bacon and hash browns extra crispy and that's just how they arrived. Waitress had a great sense of humor! Would eat here again if... More
