We were very pleased to find such great Thai food in Rawlins and the service was excellent. We would certainly recommend Anong's.

Having just returned from two years in Thailand, my family was excited to find a Thai restaurant in the middle of nowhere after our car broke down. The first smells at the front door were amazing, it was nice to be able to speak to our waitress in Thai, and we were able to order one dish not on the... More

We grabbed some takeout on the way through town. What a gem. The Tom Ka soup was outstanding and I think everyone should try it. We also got an order of the spring rolls. The peanut sauce that comes with it is some of the best I've had. The pad Thai was pretty good as well. The menu is vast,... More

Why would such a gem be discreetly nestled in a town that looks like a tumble weed will blow down its windy, empty streets? I have no idea, but here it is. We were driving I-80 long distance, needed dinner and wanted to avoid Little America's Velveeta offerings. My mouth is watering just recalling the meal. It truly makes no... More

Great food. Good prices. Friendly service. What more could you want? The Thai fried rice with chicken is very tasty.

We visited here 5 years ago and couldn't wait to return. They were packed as the locals know what is good. Had the salmon green curry and the spicy eggplant. Both were incredible. Service was a little slow but excusable because of how busy they were.

We both got the buffet. Everything was excellent, hot, and great flavor. I don't know if the buffet changes daily, but the sesame chicken was cooked to perfection, and my favorite was the spicy eggplant and beef. The Lo mein had tender white chicken and the Panang curry was the right thickness and seasoned just right.

Needed a place to stop on our way home to Denver. Thought we'd try based in the reviews. I had the Pad Thai and my husband chose the buffet. Both were very good. Really a hole in the wall restaurant. Tables were full inside and there was a steady stream of customers during our visit. Would go there again.
