I enjoy eating local fare when traveling, so asked someone where to go to get good local food. I received two recommendations, one of which was the Buffalo Valley Cafe. It seems like a pretty typical burger joint, which also serves a few other items (e.g., chicken fingers). The burgers were very good but I wouldn't go out of my... More

Great chicken sandwich, good burger, delicious huckleberry milk shake. Service is friendly but probably not the world's fastest. Relax you are on vacation in a beautiful place. We ate here right after our horseback ride at the Heart Six ranch.

Find your way to the Buffalo Valley Cafe in Northwest Wyoming, and you can sit on a screened in porch overlooking the Buffalo Fork River with the Tetons in the background. The Grizzly Burger and the Reuben sandwiches offer plenty of great eating. In fact, my mom and I could have shared a Reuben and onion rings or fries and... More

We ate here for breakfast one morning during our stay at nearby Luton's cabins. Great atmosphere and we had a view of the Teton's while we ate. The food was delicious and the cowboy who waited on us was very personable! Couldn't give it 5 stars because the bathrooms were in need of a good cleaning. Also because their website... More

I feel as if I was at the mercy of this area and they took advantage of the travelers with their overpriced food and lodging.

Unique place to have a meal. Went a couple of times for breakfast and to watch the horse roundup in the morning for the ranch next door.

While visiting Moran, we were out looking for wildlife when a friend who was horseback riding said there was a grizzly bear on Buffalo Valley Road. We went to the site and sure enough there he was eating berries and giving us a great photo. After leaving the site, we saw the café and decided to go there for breakfast.... More

Good park ranger advice led us to the Buffalo Valley Cafe. It was so good, we ate there 3 times in 3 days--lunch and 2 breakfasts. Lunch was BLTs, cooked to perfection with heavenly, crispy French fries on the screened porch. Refills on pop and lemonade scored with us. The next morning, we had breakfast, sitting with a local couple... More

The Buffalo Valley Café offers great food at a good price and very friendly service. Scott does a terrific job cooking and Erin was super-efficient waiting on us.
