I stopped in while on assignment for a burger and a brew. Both were fantastic. This place has a good vibe, and the service is great as well. Definitely hit up the tots on the side.

Even the waitress tried to warn us about the food. We thought, "how can you mess-up a hamburger." We ordered that plus a myriad of other things. Terrible. On a bright note, our waitress was very nice and helpful. She is too good for that...place. Would not recommend.More
I give 3 stars for service and some food items but I have to say the fish thing was bad. They urgently need to either remove the fish and chips, it is frozen cod in triangle shaped fillets so basically not really fish or change...the way they get the fish and make sure it’s real. This was a huge let down and I have to say it was the only thing on the menu for the vegan who ate fish, Salmon which was totally over cooked out of the 14 people at dinner. However the chips were good on all meals. Overall service was very good and food was okMore
This is where you go to drink in a bar that's too crowded, has bad food, & dirty plates. The focus is on drink sales & it works for them, but this is some of the worst food I've ever been served in a restaurant....I can't believe these positive reviews.More
Good food, good service. Place is as busy as bees in a honey comb. Great meeting place for friends and business lunches. Will go again!
Great food and drink. Servers are great. I had the pastramie burger and the burger witb the egg. Lots of food.
Best wings in town. Same great beer lineup as Altitude around the corner in a more relaxed almost sports bar environment.
Right in the middle of town, lots of parking, fast service and good food! A little loud at times because the small space is not really used well...
The food is acceptable, but nothing special. We've gone a couple of times now and when they only have a few tables, go ahead and try your luck. If there is any kind of a wait, go elsewhere. They can't handle the volume and the...service and food quality down exponentially. I do not recommend this place if they are busy.More
Much needed lunch after reminiscing at the Buckhorn Bar around the corner. This place had some interesting sandwiches. Very delicious food. The place was pretty busy and our waitress seemed to be on another planet. But we got served without delay and that's all that...matters.More
Stopped in for a burger and beer last week. The place was crowded, and I was expecting more. It was your typical, old bar that needs some attention to welcome guests. Food was acceptable, but certainly nothing special. The fries were cool upon arrival and...the service was slow. Consider all your food choices when looking for something to eat in downtown Laramie.More
Went to Lovejoy's because one of my kids wanted this Birthday dinner there. Took wife, son, daughter and 3 grandkids. Wait staff was attentive and courteous. Showed good tolerance for young children. Quality of food was average. Price for quality would lead to say that...it is over priced. My biggest issue is that the facility seems dirty. The table, although wiped off was sticky. The tray holding a variety of hot sauces was actually filthy. The restrooms, oh well. We go there a couple times a year because the older kids like the beer and nachos and buffalo wings. It is not a favorite of my wife or me. OK for Laramie.More
We went here for lunch based on a locals recommendation. Modern, upscale locals on the corner right on one of the main streets. Had their drink specials, yummy. Good selection, I chose the taco salad, and my friend, a panini. Good value for the price....Friendly waitstaff. Would go again!More
After reading reviews and the menu online, I was excited to try this place. Additionally, the location is really cool Unfortunately, the night ended up being a disaster, with it taking an hour for us to get our food and in total, we ended up...being at the restaurant for an hour and a half. Sadly, I think that a lot of the issues stemmed with the waitress, who was new, and apparently thrown to the wolves with little training. I don't really think a lot of this was her fault. For some reason, she had tables on opposite ends of the restaurant and would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time - not sure if it was to take care of other tables or what. When we finally did get our food, some of it appeared to have been sitting for some time. My food (the lovejoy burger & fries) was good, I will give them that, but another person in our party had the burrito bowl, which cost more than the burger and mostly consisted of lettuce. We also had the "appetizer" cheese sticks which was $7.50 for 5 of them - so our party of four emptied those out in a quick minute. I could see based on the menu that this place could be good (and is apparently loved by some), but unfortunately, it ended up leaving a bad taste in our mouth as we had hoped to have time to walk around downtown Laramie after our meal and ended up instead just sitting and waiting for our food. This is the first restaurant I've ever wanted to just get up and walk out from, which is saying something. I hope that in the future, they'll be a bit more supportive of their new employees and will also have a manager present to check on customers.More
This is one of those tough reviews because while we enjoyed it, I wanted to be excited but wasn't. The poutine appetizer which was a special for that day was quite good and good sized. But the sunshine crunch sandwich while flavorful wasn't crunchy which...was a disappointment and the rest of our meal was nothing out of the ordinary. It is good and we would give it another chance but wasn't quite what I hoped.More
