I stopped in to grab a quick bite and chose the steak fajita quesadilla. As one of the workers scraped the last bit of steak from the bottom of the pan she also informed me that they didn't have the vegetables to complete my order...so she offered me queso instead. What ?? There's a big difference! I asked if they were getting ready to close and she said "no, we just got slammed earlier". There was literally five or six workers just standing around gabbing and NO other customers in the place. Nobody thought to cook the peppers&onions? Good God. No wonder more and more of these places are trending towards automation. Worst Qdoba Experience Ever!!More

If you've been to a Qdoba before, this is the average experience. It's one of the many "Subway but TexMex" companies like Chipotle, Moe's, or Salsarita's. The queso & chips are pretty great. It's what they're known for. The chips are fried fresh in store...then salted & sprayed with lime juice. Burritos are the way to go, either in a bowl or rolled. Dress it up as you like. Customizing is the whole point. The management & employees seem to care about the product they're offering, which is idealMore

We like these type of restaurants (especially Chipotle, which is not available here) so Qdoba is OK. But the service area always looks unkept. The people aren't particularly friendly (one server told my wife, "I can only do one thing at a time." (Apparently she...can only remember one thing at a time, too.) So, we go there but it is absolutely average.More

Until last month it'd been a few years since I'd stopped in here. When there are just so many different options around it's hard to decide on stopping in at a place like this. But I heard they got the new impossible meat burritos and...I just had to give it a try. You know what? It's not bad at all. If more 'fake meat' tasted like this stuff, I could see eating it more often. I think I'll have to stop in here more often when I'm downtown and in a rush. I just wish they had a good drive through. The location is just really weird.More

Out of fajitas, out of ice in the soda machines and no attempt to remedy either of these issues and it wasn't that busy that they should be behind. Seemed to be missing either employee of management enthusiasm. At least the food was pretty good.

We stopped here for an early lunch while we were traveling through the area. The place was almost dead when we arrived and while he was getting our orders made and while I was waiting for my wife to change our daughter the gentleman behind...the counter was very friendly and chatted with me about the area. When some of the regulars came in for lunch while we were eating he knew about their lives and it was clear this was a small-town eatery where everyone knows everybody. I love Qdoba and it was good fast food today as always.More

We were traveling through Laramie, staying at a local hotel. We didn't want a bar that night, so we chose Qdoba. Easy access and parking. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our taco salads tasted fresh and we enjoyed our first dinner at Qdoba. We...will definitely be back.More

Similar to chipotle. Good service. Nice staff. Comfortable store that attracts a younger well mannered crowd. Food was fresh. Tried the grilled chicken bowl. Their habanero sauce isn't really hot but does add a little zing

My friend and I were eating lunch at Qdoba. She ordered a quesadilla which came out without the cheese being fully cooked. She sent it back to get cooked all the way. Finally when she thought they fixed it, she was eating it and found...a long hair in it. I watched her pull it out of the melted cheese. When she took it back again, all the staff did was take it and make a new one. No apology, no anything. I would've expected better service and hygiene from such an establishment.More

My daughter wanted to go here and it was good, but not great. We all enjoyed our burritos. It was fine. The line was long and the workers worked hard with smiles, but the food was just OK. Not spectacular. I was avoiding cilantro, which...was much harder to do than I anticipated. This is not meant to be a huge cut, it just was not great.More

This was my first time to visit this chain, and I was well impressed. The choices are varied and our meal was healthy, well seasoned, and delicious. The servers knew their stuff, were helpful and friendly, and the serving equipment and grill area highly desirable....We had enough to eat, with nice touches like fresh lemon, and a good experience as well. The quantity and quality were as good as the taste.More

We were returning from a trip to the Midwest and stayed at a hotel in Laramie. We had a craving for Qdoba so when we found out there was one I'm town, we went right over. The young men behind the counter were friendly, professional...and helpful. We both had chicken burritos which were delicious. We split a bowl of Mexican Gumbo which was delicious. The restaurant was clean and we had a great meal.More
