The breakfast burrito w\sausage is reason enough to visit! They also have a pretty good cinnamon roll w\cream cheese icing...it tastes home made. Restrooms were good, too.

This is a clearly local spot, which is what drew us to the location. I got the fried chicken, which was okay. The mashed potatoes were cold. My wife got the Laramie Melt which she said was decent.

The Prairie Rose is a cute little diner with amazing breakfast food, especially their breakfast burritos. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good hearty breakfast, Western style! The staff was very nice and extremely attentive and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well decorated. A nice treat for the next time you're in Laramie!

A BLT with a bowl of Green Chili was a great lunch. The homemade fruit pies were tempting but I resisted. Nice, friendly old-fashioned diner atmosphere.

Your down home diner type place with a counter, or tables, nice people. Food was great, I had the corned beef hash plate, quite tasty. Nice portions prices decent.

We waited about 10min , true to what hostess estimated. The diner is a dive- not fancy, but has laid-back local feel. Burrito looked great. I just had a couple of basic eggs, toast and hash browns. Tough to mess up! Husband has a good club type sandwich. Staff was quick and cheerful.

Ended up going back the second morning since we enjoyed the food so much. Excellent breakfast in a no-frills setting.

We had been told about the Prairie Rose as the ONLY place in Laramie to get breakfast. Although it was good food, we expected a little more pizzazz from all the raving we'd heard. That's the only reason we were disappointed -- the service was fine and the food was good, just not what we expected.
