About
Open since December 2015, Picnic has already won over Jackson locals, who voted it best new restaurant, best lunch spot and best baked goods. Our mission is simple: Offer good food, made fresh, all day, every day. We know everyone's busy, so we cater to on-the-go lifestyles by stocking a fridge filled with pre-packed salads and sandwiches. Our boxed lunches are perfect midday companions on both floats and meetings. Picnic stocks locals' favorite pastries handmade by our Persephone Bakery (think croissants and chocolate chip cookies), as well as our versions of American classics like pop tarts and rice crispy treats. Tapping active Teton appetites, we make fill a reach-in fridge with sandwiches,

Another great cafe designed by the Persephone team. This one is hidden away in an office building and seems to cater more to the local scene. A lot of the same great food and definitely the same great service as the main cafe, but with...More

Very good food, nice staff. Hidden away beside the mountain, referred by the locals. Wonderful pastry.

We ordered 3 box lunches for a picnic in the Tetons. I had a great cuban followed up with an almond croissant. I'll be back!

I was happy to find this place. It's a bit tucked away from downtown Jackson. It's a great café that is very clean and has healthy options. I had the Mediterranean salad and a cappuccino. Both were excellent. My husband had the king salad and...More

I was in town for work and Picnic was recommended as a great breakfast place for locals. I was delighted by the ambiance and the friendly atmosphere. And intrigued by a purple pastry. Turned out to be huckleberry croissant and it is my new favorite...More

Very tasty sandwich from this small, slightly hidden deli / bakery. Crowded for lunch with only one outside table available when I went. The deserts looked absolutely amazing but I didn't try one.

This a nice little place. Kinda pricey. The coffee is great. Wide variety of baked goods and the breakfast burrito is extremely good. The only reason.,They don’t get 5 star is a few of the front ladies are not friendly. The others are very nice....More

Picnic is a very short walk on a side street from the Hampton Inn, which makes it ideal for a brunch or lunch, especially if the breakfast at the Hampton Inn does not fully satisfy one's appetite. The menu and food at Picnic are in...More

I really enjoyed the coffee and the atmosphere at this place. I was disappointed by their lack of standard food practices regarding gluten free foods. They had several amazing looking baked gluten free goods; however, they were displayed on shared plates with non-gluten free goods....More

Hi Kelsea, thank you for the feedback on our pastry display. I'll be sure to bring this up with our staff, as we do offer three gluten free pastries (a cookie, a muffin, and a citrus cake) and they are normally always separately plated. All...More

Hi Peyton -- you can speak with any of our managers. We generally hire 18+ year olds but it does depend on what positions are available!
