Best restaurant experience in Jackson. ( and we tried the popular eateries, Local, Bin 22 etc.) Great food. Must try Huntress cocktail and White Dragon sushi. Go early for Happy Hour.

This was our first stop after we landed in Jackson Hole for vacation. It’s a very welcoming place and the staff helps make it that way. We had the White Dragon: sushi chef’s kiss, Pho Bac: very flavorful and their Stir Fry Noodles: sweet umami....To top off our experience, we asked Scott the Bartender to help us. Every Christmas we do a “Shot Advent Calendar” for the 24 days of Christmas. He was beyond excited to create a shot for us. We call it Santa’s Chocolate Kiss. So if you visit, make sure you say hi to the sushi chefs and ask for the shot from Scott.More

We tried this place on a whim and were so happy we did!! I had cocktails all over Jackson, the Huntress cocktail here (I substitute sugar on the rim instead of salt) was the best cocktail I had during my week-long visit! It's a basil-inused...tequila with fresh strawberries, lime juice, and basil....creating a perfectly balanced cocktail. My husband had the strawberry-basil mule/mocktail. Wow! That was so refreshing after a long day hiking in the Tetons. It would also be great with a shot of tequila. We enjoyed everything we ordered here. We started with the brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Not your average brussel sprouts...dried pork, aioli, and fried onion toppings made this dish extra special. My husband was intersted in either a noodle dish or the Mongolian beef with rice, the waitress recommended substituting udon noodles for the rice in the Mongolian beef dish. That's how he ordered it.... an amazing and delicious combination! I had the surf and turf roll. I was very pleased with it. We will definitely come back if we are ever in Jackson again! Highly Recommended!More

I am a resident of Jackson and really love the Happy Hour special and offerings at Noodle Kitchen. We've had multiple hit and miss experiences during actual dinner service, but try give it a go no and then because the food can be so good....We tried on the 4th of July with a large party of mixed company. From the outset, our server seemed untrained about the restaurant offerings and unable to really answer some of the questions we had and not attentive to the table. We had multiple cocktails that arrived completely imbalanced (way to much liquor, too little, too sweet). During dinner service, all of our entrees arrived at different times during a 15 minute period. It's tough to enjoy a group dinner together when the whole party is eating a different times. My wife's entree, the Pork Ramen, arrived completely tasteless. She to send it back and was offered a replacement entree since the server mentioned there wasn't anything she could do about that dish. Of course, this took another 15 minutes or so. During this whole time, the floor manager came by several times but without any acknowledgment of how long we were waiting or that my wife's entree was inedible. He seemed fully uninterested in actually checking how we were doing. But the real headache when receiving our checks, was that we got double charged for the original entree and replacement. After significant time in correcting this, the restaurant billed us for the higher-priced entree. What in the world kind of customer care is that after all this waiting??? How about a comp item, or a slight discount, or even the slightest acknowledgement of the issues our table had. No -- the GM Chris proceeded to tactlessly explain to my wife wy she was wrong and should pay for the higher priced entree. After getting tired and paying, we even heard Chris regaling the service staff at the bar of the entire issue. Unbelievable! We'll unfortunately again need to take a long break from Noodle Kitchen after this terrible experience.More

Great dinner. Pad Thai was especially good. Nice kids menu. You can buy wine at the attached store and bring it to your table. A little pricey but probably average for JH. Good service.

We are locals and this has always been our go-to happy hour restaurant. I guess we haven't been for awhile. The happy hour scene was always bustling with the bartender, Marcheen. The bar was always full and fun with Marcheen mixing his delicious Mai Tais....No longer. The wines they now offer are draft wines only and no Mai Tais anymore. Guess they are watching the bottom line with their new management. The bar was empty with no ambiance anymore. The sushi was good, but that was not the experience! We will look for a new local dining out.More

The interior looks pretty industrial, with warmth provided by the lighting design and a cascading waterfall spanning the width of the bar. The food is principally Japanese, with both noodle dishes and sushi/sashimi prominent on the menu. Preparations were uniformly excellent, with perfectly fresh fish...contrasting beautifully with my selected sake. My wife's dish was just as tasty. Service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed ourselves and recommend the place.More

Great take out option. Ramen yummy and plenty for two. Edamame was unique and tasty. Staff friendly and helpful! A great change of pace from the lackadaisical approach most places have these days. Highly recommend!

Where do I start with the compliments? First I would say great staff! My wife and I sat at the bar on both visits and just to eat (no alcohol drinks) since all the tables were full. The bartender Clarence even though he was steady...busy made sure our waters were never empty and made sure his recommendations of food were to our liking multiple times. Clarence suggested I order the curry which was fantastic and my wife ordered the ramen (noodles were a little overcooked). Both dishes were great enough for us to come back a day later. On our second visit mostly due to the total package of fast, friendly service and great food we headed straight to the bar and were greated by another great bartender Marchine. Just like our previous visit Marchine was steady busy but made sure we got our order in and kept our glasses full. Food came out very quick as we ordered the fire cracker shrimp and same two dishes from the other day. All tasted even better as my curry was loaded with meat and vegetables and my wife ramen was cooked perfectly even the noodles.More

Delicious! Everything was great. We had a variety of dishes and everyone was very satisfied! Pad Thai, salmon with street noodles, yakisoba with tofu and pork belly ramen. The edamame was a great start! Service was great!

It's pretty rare that I give a bad review, but tonight's dinner experience was frustrating. After reading the reviews for Noodle Kitchen (and loving Asian cuisine), we were pretty excited to give it a try. Upon arriving, we were asked if we had a reservation...- it's very low season in Jackson right now, so we honestly didn't think we'd need one. We had hoped there may be a place we could sit while we waited, but there was only a table outside (which is very cold in November). The hostess was nice though and said she'd try to get us seated within about 15-20 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were seated and then waited at least another 10 minutes to get waters. By the time our server arrived, we were ready to order. We promptly put in our orders, only to wait almost 60 minutes for our food to come. We talked about leaving at the 40 minute mark, as we hadn't seen our server from the time she brought our initial waters to us. When she did come, we asked if our food was close to being finished, and were told it was normal for the food to take about an hour for preparation and was dismissive in listening to our concern. The silver lining was that when the food finally arrived, it was delicious. The mongolian beef and the pad thai were really good. At the end of our meal, we asked for the check and upon promptly bringing our cards back, apologies were given but we were again told that it was normal for food to take around an hour to be served (as if we had asked). As a server, you should never make excuses for a poor experience. Simply apologize, and try to make it right. Bring drinks for the table, an appetizer, or send a manager over. We likely won't be back, and would strongly suggest reservations to anyone going to the restaurant (whether in busy or slow season) if you want to have a timely meal.More

My wife and I ate dinner here on Labor Day and had a very good experience. I’d read some bad reviews related to poor service but our experience was just the opposite. The drinks were very good and not scrimping on the spirits. Our two...appetizers, pot stickers and firecracker shrimp came out hot and quickly. Jaime our server was prompt and very personable. Our entree came before we’d finished our appetizers. It’s not 5 star dining but it’s very nice casual dining.More

Happy hour at the bar from 4:30-6 I believe on weekdays. Half off drinks and appetizers; only at the bar. They also have some other specials from 5-6, available at any seating. Marcin at the bar was great. Very friendly, offered us some samples of...sake after we ordered to make sure we’d like. Came here two days in a row, as happy hour was definitely worth it.More

Large portions, great service, food came out so quickly. With a 16yo and 12yo enjoyed the "Mocktail" selection of drinks and the girls loved them! We ordered 2 sushi rolls (not pictured as we were too bust enjoying the appetizers) along with 4 delicious appetizers:...Brussel sprouts, potstickers, fingerling potatoes, firecracker shrimp. All great! The night we went to Suda Izakya, although delicious small portions and way over priced. Had we known would have gone to Noodles twice.More

Went here twice in a week. The food was great but on both occasions one patron had to wait over an hour -and 45 minutes after everyone else- for their entree. Nether was a special request. This place just doesn’t have their act together.
