I wish we had made it here for a pre-dinner cocktail. The craft cocktail list had several ones that piqued my interest...well, next time, I guess. The wines by the bottle offerings were interesting and at fair prices, I went with the Rendezvous Red from Jackson Hole Winery, because 'local' and it was a treat. I had already picked out... More

From the salad to the dessert - the experience and food were excellent. It is very tightly seated though which at times got loud. Make sure to call ahead for reservations in season or reserve online. The salads were great. I ordered a chicken dish which was wonderful as well with many flavors and beautifully presented.

Trio is our go to for a delicious dinner out. The mussels are divine, the wine selection is different and exciting, and the service is excellent. We always feel confident trying specials and fresh fish, although the foie gras is by far the best!

This place really came through for us. We had the pheasant special which was excellently prepared. Also one of us a special carrot based soup and the other a salad. We often say that the bread is the first indicator of a restaurants quality and the bread was superb with the nice virgin olive oil. The wine choices were good.... More

We made a reservation for the same day with no problem. It is a very nice restaurant with excellent food. We had a vodka pasta which was awesome and the advice on the wine from the waiter was pretty accurate. Desserts were also good as well as coffee. Very recommendable

This was my second visit to Trio over the course of a few years. The first time we went, the restaurant was relatively low key and served a fabulous cocktail, the sage gin fizz. On this visit the place was packed with apparently young and wealthy clientele, and we had to make a reservation well in advance. The gin fizz... More

Eating on the early side was a good idea as this place got appropriately very busy around 7p. I had wonderful broccoli cheddar soup, roasted chicken - which was savory and moist and then fabulous lemon icebox pie. The layout is casual such that you can see the kitchen and the chefs, the waitstaff is friendly and efficient.

Go and taste this exquisite haute cuisine for a fair price yourselves in Jackson . The Lockhart Cattle Co Beef steak tartar appetiser meets Michelin star standards. As a regular Michelin star restaurant visitor across the globe I rate the chefs of this little but precious Trio bistro in Jackson a star. 🌟

The halibut and risotto were amazing! It was the best halibut I've had. My family had the buffalo steak and the crab capellini. We all cleaned our plates. The servers are attentive. The atmosphere is contemporary but quaint. The variety makes me want to go back and try other meals.
