About
Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery and Café remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus' focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cafe carries a core collection of classic artisanal breads as well as a spectrum of sweets, from French croissants and kouign amann to macarons and tarts. To complement our menu creations, Persephone proudly carries Intelligentsia Coffee, Bellocq Teas and a refined selection of beer and wine.

My husband had the bacon breakfast sandwich, and I got the ham and cheese. Both ordered lattes as well. So delicious. The best ham & cheese I’ve ever had. Wish we had more time in Jackson to visit again!

Was recommended by a local.......very tasty food, but too expensive for the amount of food you received. For me,it was a little pretentious, although the pastries are delicious. Wouldn’t go back. Of course,I’m not used to Jackson prices, maybe that’s the problem.More

Had a latte, and it was seriously the best I've ever had. Breakfast sandwich was also very good. Only complaint was the size. It's so popular, but the seating is very limited.

Yes, we are a very small cafe but are renovating a historic cabin around the corner and are looking forward to more elbow room next year. So glad that you loved your latte. We will be sure to let our barista know!

On our way out of town, we chose this quaint bakery to visit. Our coffee's were accompanied by their "fresh, out of the oven" pastries and it was a delectable morning, thanks to their caring staff.

Not a place to go if you are watching your calories! Some many delicious options to choose from. I love everything they sell though limit my visits. If you are on vacation definitely go for it atleast once.

This tiny bakery was packed mid morning. Be patient because it is worth it. Try the Kouign Amman, a Breton pastry that has a simple taste but is difficult to make.

Glad to hear that you are a fan of our Kouign Amman! We agree -- the combination of laminated pastry dough and caramelized sugar is a match made in heaven. Hope to see you again soon.

#crumbshot like you read about on Instagram. When the bread can stand alone; when it's enjoyable sans sandwich, sans butter even; you know it's a real one.

Hi there -- we are actually closed for our Fall deep clean Nov 4-6 (next Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday). Our sister Cafe, Picnic, will be open so you can still find our pastries and other menu items there!
