Persephone bakery is nicely located on the main road in Jackson and a block away from the main square. Cozy indoor atmosphere and very nice outdoor terrace for the warm sunny days. The food is good, especially the bread.

Delicious pastries, great coffee, and perfect breakfast entrees across the board. The Kouign Amann is rare and wonderful. Omelette, breakfast sandwich and french toast all excellent. We bought packages of each kind of cookie for our road trip ---- when you're out in the middle of nowhere and starved, these are pretty wonderful to have! Highly recommend.

Delightful sandwiches and interesting salads to go! You must try the hot chocolate. It was thick and so very good. Pleasant staff and interesting things to look at while you wait for your order.

Let's see how much we can cram into the smallest place available! The food is okay, but not great. If you don't time your visit right you'll be taking the food to go since there won't ba anywhere to sit.

Ryan, we're sorry you caught us on a busy day and you didn't have a great experience. Obviously our cafe is small and unfortunately there's not much we can do about that (besides move) but we do aim to make great food. We hope you'll give us another shot and please visit our sister cafe - Picnic - which has... More

My favorite breakfast place in Jackson! The baked goods are to die for. The best scrambled eggs i've ever had. My friend loved the gluten free raspberry bar. Delicious coffee. it's quite small inside so you might have to wait for a table. But it's worth it1

Loved the breakfast here. As one might expect, the dishes are somewhat bread-oriented, but the bread products are pretty darn good. The restaurant is small, so can fill up easily and leave you waiting for a seat if you're planning to eat in. It is also somewhat cramped inside, with an interesting combination of small tables and rather large chairs.... More

The staff had little product knowledge and the barista was rude to me, but wasn't having a bad day, she was super friendly to another customer, not all the customers... just the one. Of the two food items i ordered, one was ok but the other was dry and over salted, i didn't eat half of it. So $12 for... More

We pride ourselves on our small town customer service and hope to greet every customer with a friendly smile and knowledge - apologies that we failed here and with the inconsistent dishes. Great lunch. The grilled cheese was the best yet. Caramelized onions made it exceptional. The soups were very good and the Nutella cafe au lait was sooo good . Other sandwiches my friends had they raved about also. Tight seating is the only flaw.

Visited this past summer and while the line can be long, it's definitely worth the wait. Food and coffee were excellent and it was great enjoying breakfast sitting outside in their courtyard.

Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery Boulangerie and Cafe remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus' focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cafe carries a core collection of classic artisanal breads as well as a spectrum of sweets, from French croissants and kouing aman to cupcakes and tarts. To complement our creations, Persephone proudly carries Chicago-based artisanal roaster Intelligentsia Coffee. Housemade flavor syrups and European hot chocolate round out the barista bounty.
