As others have stated, the service wasn’t very warm and in my opinion, the ice cream wasn’t very good. It tasted more like ice milk than ice cream - lacking on the flavor, richness, and texture. I’m not sure how this became the #1 desert...place in Jackson Hole on Trip Advisor.More

Ice cream is good! Customer service is a 1/5 Rick, the guy serving the ice creams, was grumpy and rude. 16 flavors and he said “only one sample” which is fine if you have been here a few times... anyway the coco loco ice cream...is good.More

Moo's has an amazing selection of ice cream and the hardest choice is which of the 3 (or 4) flavors to enjoy. the team at Moo's is super helpful and will guide you to the right choice for you

Moos seems to be an institution in Jackson no matter the time of year. I enjoyed the huckleberry, rum raisin, and mint chocolate. Recommend - but in summer, be prepared for a line.

My husband and I came here because we saw their advertisement that the Food Network had chosen their Wild Huckleberry ice cream as the best dessert in Wyoming in a 2013 selection of the best desserts in each state. Even though their hours were listed...as being 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, they were not open when we arrived at 1:00 PM. A man opening up told us it would be about 15 minutes, and it ended up being 10. A female employee remarked that they did not have enough employees. My husband and I each got a scoop of the the Wild Huckleberry. The scoop was smaller than anticipated, but I ended up being okay with that. My husband liked it more than I did. I found it to be average; I expected it to have more flavor. I think I have been spoiled by Graeter's Black Raspberry Chip.More

Tasted great but for the price....it should. Better than most places I have tried. Expect a long line.

Went here after dinner for a treat. There was a line when we showed up but it moved fairly quickly. They allowed each person two samples. I ended up getting the pistachio and pumpkin cheesecake, both were delicious but it was a bit pricey. Definitely...a treat when in Jackson!More

Arrived at 9:20pm, only to find the door locked. The gentleman behind the counter gave me the hand across the throat gesture which I assumed was his way of telling me they were closed. Their posted sign in the door said they closed at 10pm....To sum up my review, I guess I can’t review because they closed at least 40 minutes early. My suggestion is visit the DQ instead.More

We are truly sorry, the flyer on the doors say 8-10 pm.... with almost ZERO employees we really are doing the best we can. Our house is an hour drive away & we are staying in our RV parked over at Kudar Motel with my...More

They only want to make money on tourist, don't care about customer. Old and drunk lady behind the counter was very rude to us when we ask about extra cone. She started screaming... very bad experience

Great ice cream. You can tell by the long line of people standing outside waiting to get served. It's worth the wait. Many different choices. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
