This is a small restaurant just off the lobby of the hotel. We ate out three nights in Jackson, and this was the favorite. My Alaskan halibut with spring peas and artichokes was excellent. Several people in our group ordered the Wagyu beef and loved it. The asparagus soup received a rave review from one of our pickier eaters. Service... More

Excellent menu, open kitchen cooking by chefs and wonderful service. The breakfast menu and frittata were excellent!

This was supposedly a AAA 4 diamond restaurant and is located at a Leading Hotels of the World property, so we chose this for our anniversary dinner. What a mistake! Yes, the room is lovely and it is an intimate place, with only 8 tables. Romantic? Absolutely! We were looking forward to an unforgettable evening. It was unforgettable, but unfortunately... More

We had made a reservation which may be necessary as they have only 8 tables. The food was excellent. We had pheasant and ribs. Service was disappointing. We seemed to be an imposition to our server who didn't seem to want to engage. After we had ordered, we heard another server offer his table a daily special. Our server hadn't... More

Ambiance and service were terrific. Presentation of all dishes was superb. $50 Filet was overcooked and not that tasty, and the salmon is better from Blue Apron. Sorry.

Our dinner at Wild Sage restaurant was just excellent! From the halibut special to the beef tenderloin, our entrées were prepared perfectly. We also enjoyed our salad and crab cake appetizers. The setting of the restaurant is small and intimate. On the night we were there, it was not crowded so it was very quiet and serene. Our server, Cody,... More

My wife and I enjoyed a gourmet dinner in this hidden gem that has only 8 tables, with a display kitchen where you can watch your dinner prepared. The wife's salmon was delicious. My Bison short ribs were very tasty. The Crab Cake appetizer was wonderful. All plates were artistically presented by a chef who clearly knows what he's doing.... More

The menu is somewhat small but the food is fantastic and prepared right in front of you in the visible kitchen. Highly recommend for a very nice dinner!

The meals at Wild Sage are always a pleasant experience. We have been dining there on the last night of our annual ski trip for about six or seven years. Service is always attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They usually have an intriguing special and the menu always has a variety of game choices. I particularly like the Bison Short Ribs... More

Nothing overly complex here. The breakfast was simple and the service satisfactory. It's not the quintessential JH breakfast experience that you'll find downtown but perfect for when you sleep in and don't want to venture any further than downstairs.
