It is probably for sale but I would guess the building is in poor condition. There are other nice eating places in town. Brandi's is my first pick for a lunch to go or to sit a spell. You may call ahead and they will...have it ready. The A and W would do the same. . For take out dinners, call Lisa's or the Historic Hotel. You would enjoy their platesMore

It went out of business and it is probably up for sale. It is in a excellent location for the town of Greybull. I would imagine, that it would need a lot of repair. Other cafes near by are: CC's Pizza, B.T.'s, Benjing Garden, Renaissance...Café, Mylo's [evening], Lisa's , Los Gabanas, Smoke House Bar and around the corner, Brandi's Candies.More

Typical small eatery, not clean; great service and breakfast was just OK. The chicken fried steak pre-breaded and cooked in rancid oil. It was on our route on a Sunday morning.

Stopped here on way out of town. I remember the Uptown Cafe from when I was a kid but it is not the same. The place seemed clean enough but smelled stale & like used cooking oil. I got sausage, eggs, hashbrowns. It tasted... off....Not necessarily bad, but not fresh. On the plus side, it was cheap. $15 bucks for two breakfasts plus tip. If in Greybull again, I would try the food truck before stopping here again.More

We had another hour drive to Cody and it was already 1pm so we stopped here for lunch. Big mistake. They try but they don't succeed. Husband asked if the clam chowder was homemade. Server replied either canned or frozen. She did say the chili...was homemade. Husband had the Chef's Salad. I had a bowl of chili with the salad bar which was pathetic. Just bagged chopped lettuce, no tomato, no cucumber, no mushrooms and a "direct from the store" plastic container of potato salad and coleslaw and few other things not worth mentioning items. We both asked for oil and vinegar to use on our salads. Our server said oh we threw them out last week as they had turned really bad. My chili was more liquid than anything else. Finely ground "meat", I hope and no beans. Before leaving, my husband went to the men's room only to find that a plastic shower curtain hung to separate the toilet from the rest of it.More

Environment dark and resembles a church basement. With a smoking section so smelled of smoke. Ordered cheeseburger and fries for $9 and fries were not fully cooked. Wife ordered a grilled chicken chef salad for $7.50. Small salad. No tomatoes, chicken and ranch dressing tasteless....Would not return.More

Breakfast was excellent with great prices. Our wait staff actually ran from table to table. Only draw back is the smoke that filters over to the non-smoking side of the building.

The owners and service of this restaurant are good, but the food is not good. It is a fairly reasonable price, but would like to see them improve the taste of the food.
