Saw this as we were driving through town on our way to Cody. It is like the old style drive-in. You park under shade and order at the speaker. The staff was friendly. The food was very good and their rootbeer was excellent. It looks...like they removed the outside tables for COVID but if you are not in a car there is a window that you can order at. They bring the food to your car. Lovely place, well kept and worth going to for a meal.More

While driving from eastern WY into Idaho through Yellowstone park we passed an A&W and after we passed I did a second look back, slammed on my brakes and turned around! We used to have the old style A&W here in the SF Bay area...growing up, back then they had servers who rolled up to your car on roller skates. This was the same setup, just no more roller skates, so we pulled up and ordered two root beer floats and fries to go, it was just like I remember it! The floats were so great, the service was great too and it's right on the highway that you would be passing through to go to Yellowstone, what else could you ask for. Considering we did not stop again for food until around mid-night, I'm glad we got this filling treat early in the day!More

Stopped in one night, walking from our motel down the street. Had a couple of floats-excellent, and an order of tenders and fries. Got the 5 piece, should've gotten the 3....tenders were large, moist, tasty. I don't usually eat "fast food", but they were quite...good, as were the fries. Decent service, not overly friendly but adequate. Hubby wanted to get another float as we left town, but alas, they were closed at the time.More

I believe that this the last stand alone A&W in Wyoming as the one in Worland is gone. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, cheese curds and a small root beer. It took about ten minutes for the order up. So I sat down with...a couple of out of state guys ,like myself , at the picnic table, there is no inside seating. Grilled chicken was great, cheese curds tasted a tad bit over fried and the root beer was outstanding!! A good place to stop and eat.More

Call ahead and pickup your food on the North End of Greybull 1/307/765/2312 Fast-food outlet serving up its namesake Root Beer & floats, Burgers, Chicken, Hotdogs, Fries, Sundaes, Shakes, Polar Swirls and Vanilla Cones. My favorite? My love of Root Beer Floats began here with...a Hamburger and fries.More

Greybull shuts down at 5, so after that we couldn't find a place to eat. This was only place available. Although the food was great the service took 20 minutes to get our food and there wasn't any customers other than us. There is seating...outside.More

We got there near closing around 8pm and that may explain the slow service and not so good food. The hamburgers were just okay. Other fast food restaurants have better for lower prices. We did enjoy the A&W rootbeer but prefer places were you can...refill.More

The menu is varied and quite nicely so; we find the service is abrupt and sometimes downright rude; we find the Hops doing their jobs the best they can but let us face it...some people are just not people people. We used to eat here...pretty often, like the last 3 to4 years; it is doubtful if we will return; prices have increased but that is o.k. if the price justified what you ordered to eat and enjoy....our last two times here was enough for us...we won't go back for a good, long time.More

Not a lot of lunch options in this small town. Service was great and food came out quickly and hot. Above average fast food. Very friendly locals.
