I love to eat at Humphreys! It is a family owned bar and grill. They serve steaks, burgers, pasta, and wonderful salads. They also have several beer choices. Love their hojos (potatoes)! The only criticism I have is their t-shirts that the employees wear and are also for sale. All have sayings on them that I don't appreciate. I would... More
Our steaks were tough. The red beans and rice was so spicy hot I could not eat it and everything was so saturated in salt it was hard to eat. Was a place with very tasty food at one time. Not so much anymore. Great service.
They have a menu that is pages long. The food was average but that is not to say we weren't pleased. We always try to eat in a locally-owned restaurant when we're traveling and this place fit the bill! Very friendly staff. We would go there again if we're ever in Gillette again!
For me the food was average but others who were with me thought the food was great. There is a large selection of everything from pizza to steak and lots of beer varieties.

My husband had the fried chicken breast with... More
Had the best BLT's I ever ate ! GReat place to hang out funky decortable comfortable a sports bar that can get the Denver tv stations. Also has a brew pub with it. Kinds hard to find, just look for the bright neon purple roof.

Hit and miss....depends on the day. Sometimes it's ok. Sometimes everything tastes the same and the fry grease needs to be changed. You just never know. It's not a favorite place to go. It's a 'fill in'. It's not easy for non-locals to even find. It's in a really strange location.
