Since 2007 we have made a commitment to provide quality food, a relaxed open friendly atmosphere, and an honest effort to be the best that we can be. We pride ourselves on the use of fresh ingredients with all of our products, including pizza's and sandwiches. We concentrate on being aware of special dietary needs, including gluten intolerance, lactose and casein sensitivity, vegetarian and vegan needs. We believe in being as green as is we can, and use disposables that are green in nature, from our cups to take out containers and bags. We enjoy our work and the people who come in. Paya's is more than a restaurant or deli, we want it to be a place where you can spend time with friends and family, where you might spend a couple hours working on paper work, or reading a book. Surf the internet or read a newspaper of magazine. Borrow a copy of Cooks illustrated or just be.

Pizza and such

This is a great place to get an authentic brick oven pizza - certainly not expected in Dubois. Although there are some challenges having all the ingredients that came on the pizza, once we decided on one we liked, the BBQ chicken, we loved it. Cook time takes a little longer so plan on having a... read more

Restaurant is closed. Too bad, it was half-decent food in a restaurant starved area. When it was open it was slow and unprecicatable and the owner was surly.

I'm not sure when Trip Advisor updates things like this, but this restaurant has been closed for several months, with no re-opening plans; would have rated it pretty high if it were still open

Slow service - food not bad- however the establishment is now closed...and all boarded up. The owner has left the area.

This once was my "go to" restaurant by far in Dubois but sadly, it closed in early 2015...that's why the poor rating (literally, it was not making enough $). Really miss the owners and food from Payas.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and were very happy we did. My wife and two daughters still talk about the pizza we ate there and tell everyone about it. We had a meat pizza. It was cooked in a brick oven and the cheese caught a smokey taste; absolutely the best! I would truly drive a few hundred miles out... More

Wyoming is vast, and towns are small, and hours are selective. Excellent food can be hard to find while traveling. The stars came together for me on a very cold and snowy desolate weekend, while slowly traveling to Jackson Hole. We timed it just right to call ahead and order a few Gluten Free Pizzas to be able to pick up... More

What a great find on a cold November evening! Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to find an eatery like this, in Dubois WY in the summer much less the shoulder season with so many places closed for the season. We had been with grandkids for a week and so were pizza'd out. But, what a great place... More

Right in town, good selection of toppings, good service. They also have a good selection of sandwiches and a salad bar.
