This is the most ironic name. This place caters to tourists, so it just shuts down during the off-season. “Screw the locals”. Plus when we did eat there, the food was not that good and very overpriced. Will not visit whet when they reopen their...doors. I’m providing a similar review for the other restaurants in Cody that close their doors in the off season and only care about catering to the Yellowstone tourists.More

Been closed for years, Trailhead has filled the gap that was once the local as far as fresh fare, supporting the local farms , and bringing fine dining to cody wyo

The cowboy 1/2 lb burger was great. The Chicken Fried Chicken was very tough even though covered with garlic mashed potatoes.

I did some research and ate at this place while traveling. We arrived late (like rudely right before closing) and they HAPPILY served us. And even offered us dessert. .... which I got and was blown away! Crème brûlée was on point best I ever...had!More

This place WAS very good ( even though they inexplicably don’t take Amex), but had been closed for months (if this was truly updated on TripAdvisor this month, someone didn’t do their homework!!)

This restaurant is within walking distance of any lodging in downtown Cody and not far from the Buffalo Bill museum. The place is busy and we had reservations which got us right in. Others were waiting for seats to become available. This is a modern...hip restaurant with a great wait staff, wine selection and food. We split the The Local salad and each ordered the Shrimp Scampi which was excellent. RecommendedMore

We stayed in Cody for the night and wanted something different. This did not disappoint. My husband and I had trout and it was delicious. The service was excellent. Would definitely remind and would stop in again when passing this way.

What a great experience we had at this surprisingly foodie spot! The owner, Kita, met us on the sidewalk and put us at a table waited by Laura Lynn who helped us to order the right dish each. All foods are locally sourced and two...of the kitchen staff actually work at the farm where most of the produce is locally grown. Fabulous options and reasonably priced.More

Based on this place being the number 1 rated restaurant on both Trip Advisor and Yelp decided to give it a try. My fish tacos were cold and “fishy”, my wife’s quinoa/fish needed seasoning and service was slow. Did not live up to the reviews...at all.More

Appeared without a reservation but quickly seated. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Don’t pass up a dawa...specialty drink. Food was fresh and tasty. Disappointed in spinach dip, though. Vegetables were a bit “tired” and dip quite runny. Fish tacos were wonderful My friend had pheasant...breast and was very happy with it.More

We came in without reservations on a Saturday evening. The place was jammed but the hostess found a way to seat us after a very short wait. Service was prompt, the food was very good and it was reasonably priced. What more could we ask?...We would go back.More

We were fitted in at the last minute by an accommodating owner. Delightful cocktails, food and wine. Highly recommended if you wish to eat non-cowboy style. Portions were realistically sized.

We were here for lunch one day and went back for dinner another day. Amidst the honky tonk tourist buffet this was an oasis of local, fresh and well prepared food.
