When i travel, I love asking the locals where they like to go to eat, and in Cody the answer was The Proud Cut Saloon. Good advice for a perfectly prepared tenderloin. It's not fancy, you don't need to dress up, and don't expect a good wine list, but the filet melted in my mouth and the service was spot... More

I am a Cody local, and years ago this had been my favorite restaraunt. The service keeps getting worse and worse. Today I thought I'd give it a try. I stood by the door alone while 2 employees ignored me, until a 3rd finally told me I could sit anywhere I wanted. I chose a seat by the window. I... More

Fun cowboy bar/ eatery. Steak cooked perfectly, ribs were flavorful and the meat was so tender it fell off the bone. Would definitely go there again!

Cody is a fun City to explore. Proud Cut had the best food of the restaurants we tried. Beef tenderloin had the perfect char. Service wasn't great but they were busy. Lucky to get s table without reservations.

Super amazing place. You need reservations for this place so I would suggest to call in the morning or a day ahead. If you don't care where you sit, you can sit at the bar. Highly recommend the bar because the bar tender was super awesome. She stays on top of orders and refills. Constantly communicates with you and cracks... More

Lots of steak, burgers and pulled pork. They also had great salads and a nice selection of beer. The server and bartender were friendly and helpful.

We asked at our hotel for supper recommendations and Randy from the Cody Hotel called and made us reservations. Down home, authentic, western saloon that serves the best steaks in town. Being from North Dakota I'm used to places like this, but tourists looking for the "cowboy" experience will enjoy this place. They also serve Rocky Mountain oysters, which are... More

We visited this restaurant on our recent trip to Cody. We frequented this place on our last trip in 2011 and nothing has changed. We had hamburgers and steak and as usual the same high standards were there. Service, quality and staff were up to standard. Would have no hesitation in recommending for a good meal. Keep it up.

Great burgers, casual country atmosphere (very bar like) attentive staff. We went to Wyoming Rib and Chop too and had steak there but i liked the atmosphere and staff better here.
