We waited for a well known and recommended dinner. The smoked beef ribs were NOT fall off the bone, tasty but stringy. Definitely under cooked. The two Prime rib dinners came from an animal with no fat or flavor, not even choice. The rib eye was tough with grissel. Yes, it was near the end of the season, and clearmy... More

Having spent all day in Yellowstone, we arrived in Cody at 8:30pm craving a good meal. Knowing Cassie's kitchen is open until 10:00pm, we stopped in hoping to get a great "steak and potatoes" dinner. We wandered into the restaurant and noticed a handful of folks enjoying dinner, but many of the tables were empty. It took about 10 minutes... More

I felt like the Lords of Hazzard! :-) The entrance was amazing. This place used to facilitate a brothel as well in the back area. The food was nice and the staff was helpful. Western style, yeahhhhhhh! :-)

What a fun place. First time we ate here was 2002 and it is always a pleasure to return. I tell folks we're going to Cody for a steak at Cassie's and look forward to the big rib-eye. We'll be back!

When we asked for local eating places at our motel, Cassie's was commended to us. With good food and a local country and western band playing that night, it sounded just the thing for a Saturday night. We were told booking would be a good idea - our motel receptionist helpfully did that for us. We were not disappointed. The... More

Every visitor to Cody should stop by Cassie's for a good steak and good fun. The food and service were good. We were looking forward to hearing the band play and try out the dance floor, but by 9:45 p.m., they were still just warming up.

My husband and I were passing through and decided to check out this place. The food was absolutely delicious!!! There was a wait when we got there, but went and checked out the bar while we waited. We would recommend this place to anyone passing through. Very nice atmosphere!

See those reviewers telling you to make sure you have a reservation? Let me add my voice to that. Cassie's gets filled up quick, and for good reason. The restaurant/bar itself is kitschy cool and comfortable. The lack of enthusiasm you get in other Cody restaurants comes across differently here, more familiar and like you're a regular who doesn't need... More

Make reservations because this place is very popular. Our meal was excellent - prime rib, baked potatoe, buffalo wings, carrot cake. This was on of the best prime ribs. Atmosphere was perfect and service excellent. Definitely would go back in a minute.

Drove by and saw the sign. Looked like it might be fun, so we dropped in for dinner. Holy crap I thought the hostess was going to shoot us or something for not making reservations. There were tons of empty tables, but since we didn't make reservations, we needed to go in the bar and wait 15 minutes which was... More
