Poor Richards has the friendliest servers around. My husband had the prime rib..loved it, I had the steak sandwich...loved it and we both had the salad bar and it really hit the spot. I tried a new drink there called the cucumber cooler...WOW. I can't say enough about this restaurant. Just wish it was closer to our home...which is in... More

We came here based on the reviews. We were sat immediately for lunch. Ice tea was super strong and bitter. I had the chicken caprese sandwich was decent but the dressing was a tad bit oily. Other had the salad bar which was lacking anything much more then lettuce. Prime rib bites were dry. Steak sandwich is actually steak on... More

When our dinner plans crashed we had to make a fast choice for a different venue. We decided to try a new place- Poor Richards. Frankly, I had low expectations. Wow! Was I off base. They service was great, the menu is diverse, the salad bar was great with really fresh ingredients and the bar pours a good cocktail. And... More

Thank you, Tesla, for taking such good care of us on our way through Wyoming! Not only was our lunch delicious, but the desserts that we took "to go" were so nicely wrapped and you included napkins and forks in the bag! Knowing we were traveling, your "safe travels" message on the receipt was so appreciated! I do hope to... More

Our party of three had some of the best meals we have ever eaten! The food was incredible. My husband had prime rib which was tender and delicious, my son had seafood fettuccine and it was full of seafood and very good. I had the chicken picatta and it was the best I have ever had! I would highly recommend... More

Seven of us for dinner and no one walked away unhappy. Delightful waitress, good food and drinks. A menu to fit all of your tastes. We were from New York, Texas, Alaska and Cheyanne!

I was always told from my husband and others that this is a horrible place to go so we never went. Then some friends talked us into going and it was really good. Best salad bar, if not the only, in Cheyenne.

The positive thing: food is decent, service is excellent, atmosphere is older fashioned dark wood (made me think I should wear a powder blue polyester suit and white shoes), and it was comfortable inside.

We've been on a 16-day road trip all throughout the west! My husband didn't want the heavy/typical fast food of a road trip, so we stopped here! The food was FANTASTIC! We got our meal in perfect timing! The manager/owner of the restaurant was super friendly speaking to our three kids as if they were her own! Our server was... More

This is a little off the beaten path that attracts an older mature clientele. Food is really great and not as pricey as other steakhouses in Cheyenne. More formal dining, but not out of place in casual clothes. Salad bar is awesome. Plenty of parking in back.
