Driving north from Denver, turned into downtown Cheyenne.the Albany looked real old west. The prime rib entree and prime rib sandwich were outstanding, and a great value. Told my son's friends in Denver, that it's worth the drive for dinner.

Basic bar food with a good location next to the train depot museum..very busy with locals for lunch,..mainly a sandwich menu. Caesar salad was good with moist chicken, cheddar beef sandwich was average. Decor and atmosphere is old time Cheyenne and worth the visit..a piece of history with good food

We had an amazing variety at our table and it was all good, including dessert! Fish and chips, hot turkey sandwich pile on rye, and so much more...

Good basic food. The prime rib was excellent and the service was good. We are locals as were most of the customers.

Great comfort food such as grown up grilled cheese sandwich and a great chilli. We had ample portions and a very friendly server.

We found a spot to park in the alley behind the restaurant. We sat in a booth not far from the bar area, and there were televisions in view. I had a salad and pretty good veggie burger. The waitress was very friendly and made everything go smoothly. The atmosphere is comfortable and casual, and the place has been operated... More

We had lunch at The Albany due to the good reviews here on TripAdvisor while passing through Cheyenne. The interior is pretty old-school, filled with wooden booths and tables that were probably in style 80 years ago. The food and service, though, were very good. I had the prime rib sandwich, which the menu indicated is their best selling item,... More

We came here later (around 7) on a Friday and were taken right to a table. The food was good and so was the service.

They were out of potato skins which I had been craving. So I had chicken tenders and a salad. Nothing to write home about. Our waitress said she was out of a lot of menu items.
