Very nice decor and good food. The combination plates are very large served on large plates. Huge menu, good service. One of the best Mexican restaurants experiences ever. Appears to be a popular local restaurant.

Both Guadalajara locations in Cheyenne serve delicious generous Mexican food. My favorite is the tortilla soup with avocado pieces. It is a quick lunch place or a place to hang out with friends for dinner.

It is always encouraging when there are some Spanish speakers in a Mexican restaurant. We were in town visiting and wanted to try something we had not tried before. Since there were good comments we went, and were not disappointed. We each had upgraded margaritas that were on special that day. They were ok but made with mix rather than... More

We had dinner here on a Monday night during Frontier Days. Arrived at 6:00 and were seated immediately. We noticed lots of Mexicans eating here which was a good sign for us. Our food arrived quickly and it was hot and tasty. One of the better Mexican restaurants we have eaten in over the years.

Ordered 3 hardshell beef tacos. The free chips and salsa is great. Busy atmosphere for a Tuesday evening. Service was okay. Wish the shells were a little harder. Seems like the shell always falls apart, but they're still good.

Had trouble finding how to get to this place -- must enter through a Taco Bell and the back parking lot of a mattress store -- so you know the people who eat there must really like it. And for good reason: good chow! Huge menu including many unusual items and lots of seafood. We had spinach enchiladas -- wonderful... More

I'd never been to Cheyenne before. It was a nice enough but not very many non-corporate restaurants. Guadalajara was on our way and we stopped by for lunch. It's a colorful place with brightly colored chairs and walls. The hostess was friendly and seated us immediately. Our waiter was very attentive and brought us chips, salsa and a most excellent... The service was quick. The food was fresh, hot, tasty and the portions were adequate. The only negative was the salsa that was put on the table with the chips -tasted more like tomato sauce than salsa.

We were staying at the Nagle Warren Mansion during our anniversary trip, and decided to walk across the street and try the Guadalajara Mexican restaurant. It's decorated very colorful and nice, the staff greeted us right away and sat us at a table. The restaurant was packed. Our server was an extremely nice lady. We order grande margaritas, which were... More

My sister and I ordered take out for our first experience with Guadalajara. Other then the trouble getting to the restaurant (you need to drive through other business parking lots to get there - very weird), everything else was pretty darn good. For $20, including tip, we had lots of food. Very fresh chips with excellent guac, a chicken quesadilla... More
