This is my favorite place in town. We have enjoyed a large group special occasion dinner, a private date on the outdoor patio and a dinner with one other couple. The food has always been delicious. It is a little more expensive than average for Cheyenne but it is also a wonderful above average experience.

My wife and I have dined here several times. Our first time was absolutely excellent. With about four dinners there, we have found a wide swing in satisfaction. Many times they are out of house standards and specials. This usually a sign of management issues. For the price I have higher expectations. Sorry, but we're moving on.

This is a small restaurant with a nice patio. The food and cocktails taste great. The servers are down-to-earth and friendly, which fits wonderfully in our casual Western style. The restaurant is not Western though, it is low-country gourmet from Carolina.

We stopped in during frontier days and had dinner. Delicious chicken wings and crab cakes, great wine selection. I had the Shrimp with grits and it was amazing. Son and his girlfriend had the big steak and veggie lasagna and both were just really tasty. The location in an antique home is eclectic but the A/C worked well on a... More

This is my favorite place in town for a nice intimate dinner and also a nice night on the patio in the summer. The crab cakes are the best. Shrimp and Grits is my favorite they've had on their menu. Morris House is a do not miss in dining. The staff and owner are amazing. They treat you like family... More

Ate there with family, and the food was really good. Crab cakes, ribeye, grits, spinach/mushroom lasagna, catfish, and smoked pork loin were what we chose. Don't forget the bread pudding....👍. Make sure to eat inside so you can get the fried bread!

Stopped in Cheyenne on a road trip from our home in Southern CA to Kansas City. Best restaurant in Cheyenne hands down. Situated in a historic house away from the melee from downtown, the ambiance is superb. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the 'Bacco wings, bruschetta and catfish. Accompanied with Black Tooth craft beers from Sheridan WY with... More

Make a reservation. This place is adorably cute and the food is exquisite. It's pricy, but there is nothing remotely close to quality, atmosphere, and quality in the city. Lovely place! Great for dates!

Morris House is in a historic home in downtown Cheyenne. The restaurant offers an intimate setting with a western Cajun flare. The service is intimate also. I prefer the Cajun rib eye but to honest there is nothing on the menu that is not great. Enjoy!
