Suite 1901 has really "come up in the world." It has always been a nice bar and restaurant but I have really enjoyed it as of late for drinks and hors de oeuvres with friends. The menu has a nice variety of tasty things including fabulous brussel sprouts and brie cheese in puff pastry. Those are my favorites but there... More

We have visited Suite 1901 a few times within the past 3 years and our experiences have ranged from stellar to sloppy. This last time was a mixture of both. We heard they changed ownership recently, so perhaps they are tweaking things a bit. I am really rooting for this place because the food is amazing and Cheyenne desperately needs... More

Went on a weekday so it wasn't crowded. Took 10 min or so to get water, then another 13 or so to get drinks. I ordered a "kir royal". It's champagne, chambord and a twist. The waitress told the bartender it was chambord, Limoncello di capri "Fernet" which is Bitters with a twist. Most horrible thing I can remember tasting.... More

One of the ideal locations for a pre-symphony meal. Good for date nights and impressing out of town visitors.

We started off with the spinach assaggio cheese and strawberry salad and we both commented how delicious it was and if we added a protein it would have made an awesome meal. Each of ordered soup with our entrée and the green chile soup and the gazpacho soup we're both delicious. I ordered the barramundi entree with riced cauliflower and... More

The menage a trois was delicious and a nice healthy option. I ordered the chicken scallopini and that was slightly above average. My friend ordered the salmon dinner and enjoyed it. I will definitely return to the suite, it is one of the better restaurants here in Cheyenne.

This initially was a tapa and martini bar but they have expanded menu to include steaks and chicken. Nice atmosphere and food is good.

I've never tried the food here, but the martinis are really good. My favorites are Big Sky and Campfire. The folks are always personable and definitely want you to feel at home. It's an expensive place, but I think it's a nice treat.

The spinach salad with strawberries and feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette on the side was delicious. It was enough for two people to split. We then ordered the grilled chicken breast with melted cheese on it, it was grilled to perfection as it was moist and flavorful. The service was excellent and so was the ambiance. Give it a try
