I was looking forward to having a vacation and getting some swimming in. They have one of the largest water parks in the dells and 80% of the water is 3' or shallower. The one place I found that was over that was so packed with people that swimming was not an option. Our section of rooms had a "pool"... More

Both days we were there we had to wait 40-60 minutes for the bigger slides and with young children this just felt like a waste of money. We were told the park would be open until 9 or 10 for guests and both nights water rides were shut down by 6 and 5 respectively, with only dry rides open until... More

There is a wide variety of things to do here. Water slides, pools, roller coasters, go carts, more rides at the indoor theme park - it's pretty great. Plan to spend the day as time goes fast. Only down fall was walking in and out was difficult for my handicapped mom due to the hill for entry and exit.

Got a really great deal on tickets so my family of 3 thought it would be a great addition to our Dells trip. My 1 year love the lazy river and the big wave pool. The huge hill you have to walk when entering and leaving is a pain with a small toddler and beach bag. Food and suvenior prices... More

The prices are high and the food quality is low. Just as you would expect from a attraction of this type.

Broken outlets in motel room, crowded parks, smelly motel room, overall poor customer service, and the bad goes on and on. Definitely won't go back, but, that won't matter to them since they have droves of people coming daily.

Was rather disappointed after paying $20.00 to park, tickets are $55.00 a person, and if you want to ride a coaster or go kart plan on standing in line for a very long time, for a very short ride. Then some of the rides aren't even included in the crazy expensive park tickets. Everything inside is overpriced as well. I... More

It was a great place to take a long weekend with the family. Nice that everything is right here when you stay at Hotel Rome. It was pretty crowded with the people coming in on day passes. Disappointed we didn't know the indoor amusement park was under renovation until we got here.

I am an optimist, but this was horrible. First when I called I wanted to book the deal that was online, they said sure. I asked about the room, passes, extra park hours for hotel guests..everything except how many beds were in the room was a lie. We got there, they lost my reservation, then he hands me a booklet... The trip was fine during the week but by the weekend it was very busy and the rooms were paper thin. My children sleep through everything...I thought....until this hotel visit. Children running up and down the halls from 9pm - midnight in Building 10. Luckily I got an extremely good deal on the room. The skiing was an excellent adventure... More
