Alberto the waiter was very unfriendly and was beyond persistant to take our order immediately. Alberto was at the table at least 4 times within 5 minutes of us sitting down. Then he came up to the table with note pad and pen in hand at asked our elderly grandmother what she was ordering tonight -- even though a minute... More

We hadn't been here in several years but decided to have our family holiday dinner here. Bread was superb with fresh butter. Spinach salad with hot bacon dressing sounded good but unfortunately the chef decided that something that looked and tasted like turkey chili was a better idea than traditional hot bacon. Fish dish was served with skin side up... More

Went to dinner with my husband and son. We had not been here in years. i got the Seafood Margherita, which was a special and it was too salty. My son got the Rib eye steak Delmonico and the chicken vegetable soup which were also specials and he said they were both saltier than he would have liked. And he... More

I've been here at least 20 times. Always consistent gourmet level food. Located in a historic former B & B in Wilmot, you are always guaranteed excellent food. All entrees are great, and the chef is a mater soup maker. Fresh bread also made on site.

Fine dining options are limited in Kenosha county. the Knoxs' have a 20-25 history. Entree's are reliably good. Staff is well trained. Interesting menu choices and seasonal specials.

As a group of 4, we all got very different dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was great. I had beef Wellington that was perfectly cooked. Quaint little place. Would definitely return.

Hidden gem!! This place is amazing. Excellent food and desserts. We had a party of 8 and some of the dishes that stood out were the Chicken Picata, Bacon Wrapped Pork Chop with Blue Cheese and the Beef Wellington. For dessert get the Pecan Tartlette with Homemade Butterscotch sauce.

The atmosphere is very nice. It's an old Victorian house that's nicely decorated. A cozy feel. Food is very tasty but on the pricey side. Wait staff was attentive. A nice experience all together.

Entering the Twin Oaks Country Inn it seems more like a Bed and Breakfast than a restaurant. The staff is friendly and the decor is dated but inviting. The food is good and strives to be fine dining in terms of both quality and price but still has a long way to go to meet that standard. We enjoyed our... More

We've lived in the area for ten years and have been to this restaurant maybe 6 times in that time. The first two times we went it was excellent, but since then, it's just been "okay". After last night's meal, we will never return. The kitchen door is "open" to the parking area, and trust me, there is nothing clean... More
