We had the poppers and a philly steak pizza. Both were excellent. Our waitress was super helpful and we felt like locals even though it was our first visit. Place was recommended by hotel staff where we were staying.

The two staff members were friendly. We ordered the "blanket pizza" with sauce on the side. It was like a pizza flipped on top of another pizza (ie: crust on bottom AND top). It looked weird but tasted great. It was an appropriate wait for the pizza. We would definitely eat here again!

Moved to new town and was looking for new Pizza joint. My favorite back in Beaver Dam was Park Plaza Pizza. We ordered and had it delivered. Was an ok wait time, came hot, taste was ok but not what I was looking for.

The Spaghetti tasted pretty bad and was watery. Had a weird peculiar taste to it. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and they told me don't offer meat sauce, (WHAT?) but you can order meatballs at $1 each minimum (2). Are they homemade? I asked. Sorry, they are not. Ok, I'll pass. Also the garlic bred was dry, tough and had no flavor. I say try because that's all I did. It was inedible. But they charged me $4.50 anyway. Worst I ever had. I dined in for convenience as there was no atmosphere. Generic tables, no booths, poorly lit. Nothing that would invite you in to eat. In fact, I saw only 1 other customer, and they were there for picking up. The best thing about this place was the (1) plain breadstick I got. It was really good! What a surprise! It rocked my socks off!

We used to be major fans of their pizza. We’re snowbirds and today was our first experience with their new location on south Main Street. Not sure if there was a change in ownership and/or an intentional change in their pizza BUT our take out was extremely poor - not worth eating. I believe in second chances but this was so poor, it’ll be a long time before we visit what uses to be a reliable standby for us

Deluxe pizza. soggy can tasting mushrooms. canned soggy green peppers. I think it was a Pre-made crust. overbearing Olive taste. I could not taste the sauce or pepperoni because of the overpowering taste of the mushrooms , green peppers, and olives . Sausage seemed like it was pre-made. It could have been cooked more on top and the crust . The sausage was small balls like a frozen pizza. This cheese was really good and stringy when you pulled it apart but I would have just added a little more cheese around the edges . When I walked in and we were the only ones at about 5:30 I was a little concerned. I would think there would be a lot of people inside the restaurant. I do know if you go to a restaurant and there are very few people in it, there is a reason why. The service was good. Recommendations; I would say for this establishment would be to use fresh mushrooms, fresh green peppers, fresh handmade sausage, and a freshly made crust for the pizza where there are bubbles in the pizza, not a lot of holes in it like you see with a frozen pizza. I'm a huge Pizza Lover but was extremely disappointed. I remember at the other location I had a couple pizzas there and it was really really good so I don't know what happened but something did. I hope they correct it. Unfortunately my first dining experience was quite bad.

I am sorry you had a less than perfect experience this time. You stated you have had our pizza in the past and I can guarantee there has been no changes made to our ingredients, pizza crust, sauce etc. We make our dough fresh daily and use fresh ground sausage (made to our recipe). We have always used canned mushrooms and green peppers and have never stated anything different. Tuesday is not one of our busy days and we do a lot of delivery and pickup. Once again, I am sorry you had a bad experience, but nothing has changed on our part.

I have ordered from michelino's Pizza in West bend for a couple years now I ordered a lasagna dinner I never got half of my order about 2 days later I ordered a fish fry on Friday it was nasty greasy french fries or terrible soggy wet and I called to talk to the owner he was irate he's crazy he started yelling at me on the phone told me not to order from him again for some reason or another I would not eat at that restaurant ever again I wouldn't order anything from them he lied and said that I called his manager a b**** which I never did I'm a very nice guy I would never do that he was like I couldn't get one word and he was Ivory on the phone and I had returned a couple pizzas from them they were terrible and they're overpriced which I don't care about if I get good food but their food is not work but they charge at all I will tell you this now do not order from this restaurant don't go there you will be disappointed

We stand by our decision to ask you not to order from us again. We will not tolerate our employees being treated that way. We would rather lose a sale then put our employees in a position to be treated badly. Also remember there is always two sides to every story and we are no longer going to sit back and allow only one side to be heard.

We knew our normal pizza places would be packed for the Packer game, so we thought we would give Michaleno's a try. Wow were we surprised. This pizza ranked up with all the best pizza we love. Great crust, excellent sauce and the right amount of everything on the pizza. Pizza was cooked perfect. The only small negative was the young girl who took our order. She seemed a bit confused when I said I wanted to order a pizza for pickup. Silence on the phone until I said "hello". Thinking maybe she was new. We will be back for sure.

We stopped to have a nice dinner, and it was awesome. I had the lasagna and it rocked my socks off. The best I have had in along time.Excellent flavor. Many tables or take out.

We had a coupon and being the " cheap smack " that I am , we decided to use it before it expired . This place is a hidden gem . We ordered a couple of pizzas .... Fantastic ... thin , crispy crust , lots of cheese , great selection of toppings , outstanding flavor . They do serve alcohol too . They were kinda busy but we did not have to wait long for our food . Our server , Willow , was great ... Very attentive and helpful ... a Real Sweetheart .Outstanding food , Great service , Fair prices . Lots of other stuff on their menu ... Gotta come back soon .

We order from here all the time, either take out or delivery. They are always polite and the food is always hot and good. I've had a lot of different things off of their menu and I would say everything is at least pretty good. Their pastas are excellent with great meatballs and the chicken parm with penne is addictive, I think their pizza is better than the fast food pizza places around here for sure and everything in general has always been good and the garlic bread is great too. I think this place deserves more than four stars overall for sure because without this place around there would be little more than fast food on this side of town.

We usually order carry out from them (they do delivery, though). Their pizza is pretty good, and their baked pasta dishes are really good, too. We also get their plain wings (good too). Very friendly staff, and they are a really community-oriented business. They are open until midnight on the weekends, which is later than most places in town (ideal for your late night munchies).

tried their pizza a couple of times, enjoyed. tried there fried chicken, will never have it again, the bird had to be the smallest I have ever see.the garlic bread was a large bun with melted garlic butter on it. I guess now I know, don't order chicken from a pizza place.
