Busy but fast service and good food

Came here on a Sunday for lunch. The driveway was full and there were a lot of people inside so we were pleasantly surprised at how we were able to place our order right away. Then within 5 minutes or less our order was called. Food was good and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

No coffee available for breakfast?

I normally like Panera but was disappointed this visit. The plus—coupon for a free bagel. We planned a business meeting only to discover there was no coffee, and the hot water to make tea was empty. The cashiers must be new as they were slower, and the wait was more than 15 minutes to order and get food.

Soups on! And salads and sandwiches. All of which are well prepared and tasty. They are always busy but service is quick. We only found a dirty table available and wiped it ourselves. Someone came over and asked to wipe it for us. That was a welcome thing. It means the servers are aware of the dining area and on top of things.

Greek Salad(whole) was mostly lettuce! Quality should be first! Maybe two kalmata olives Parking situation is awful too

Snail paced service

Came here for bagels for breakfast as a family. We stood in line long enough that I headed over to the kiosk to place our order there. Only stopped ordering from the kiosk when we saw that we were finally next in line. Sure enough, the customer ahead of us knew the cashier, so there we waited as they caught up on life. We placed our order for 4 bagels and one latte. We took our beeper and sat at a table and waited...and waited...and waited. We watched as a angry looking couple went up to the pickup counter and had some words with the staff. They finally handed the guy his drink and they left the building. About 15 minutes later, our beeper finally went off for BAGELS. Two of them weren't even luke warm from probably sitting on the side being forgotten. My husband told me he had better latte drinks from gas stations and that his drink wasn't even hot. We certainly will not be coming back to this Panera.

Don't Bother With Deliver

Over 2 hours to get our food-the restaurant is 5 minutes from our office. After several calls (once where the driver answered and flat our lied to us, once where person who answered said they were the manager and did the same thing). When the food arrived the hot food was cold, the cold food was soggy and we were compensated with 1 cookie. One cookie for a 4 person order. One of the people it was ordered for was already gone for the day. Nice. Never again.

Good bagel sandwiches

We stopped in for some breakfast sandwiches. My bacon-egg-cheese on a sesame bagel was yummy and just what I needed. Good coffee and tea options as well.

Good salad sandwich combo

I have been to a number of Panera Bread places and have never been disappointed with the food. This one did not offer table service like the other ones I had been to. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I placed a large order for a carry out,the order was for 7 people! The food is delicious, tasty and was very nicely packaged. Unfortunately when I got home... they missed one of the kids food ( Mac & cheese). I will recommend Panera any day of the week!!! Great food at good price!!

Restaurant has gone downhill

When this site opened a few years ago we were very excited to have a Panera in town. The restaurant has really deteriorated over time with worn furniture and there are stacks of computers/paperwork just behind the counter out in the open (looks very messy). They used to have real Parmesan on the salads and now it is just grated cheap stuff. The portions seem to be smaller (could I have more than 4 croutons on a full salad?). My sandwich was prepared with sauce that I asked to be left off. Our last visit was very disappointing. Not sure I'll be back.

My daughter and I went and had lunch and it was quite busy so we used the order kiosk which was fast and easy, they had my favorite seasonal sandwich, turkey, apple and cheddar on a cranberry bread with fresh greens and a horseradish dressing, it was fantastic, I wish they would keep this around all year, the broccoli cheese soup was also great, I wanted a healthy meal so we went here.

First time at a Panera Bread

I had lunch, for the first time at Panera Bread, with my mother and daughter. The menu is fairly extensive so it seems to take a while for people to order, we were one of those people. Luckily they have an express kiosk for those who know what they want. The servers were polite and did a nice job. My mother, adult daughter and I enjoyed our meals. The food is delicious. I would say the menu is definitely geared towards and adult palate. The prices are on the higher side, but I think it's worth the quality. I wouldn't recommend it for children. The food, atmosphere and price are geared more toward adults. Very good experience, we will definitely be back.
