West Bend Dunn's Brother's Coffee is the best ever. I tried the Nitro Lavender Vanilla Nirvana, it was smooth and creamy! I also tried the everything croissant and it was delicious! I love going there! The employees and the atmosphere is just fabulous!
It is way better than Starbucks in my opinion!!!!!! I drove up from Wauwatosa just to go there too!

After Christmas shopping needed a little something to recharge my batteries. I chose Dunn Brothers it was calm, the food was perfect I chose chicken pot pie soup and a peppermint mocha. Nice array of coffees and teas from hot to cold. Sandwiche if the day turkey cheese pannie. Local art arranged on the wall so also a feast for the eyes.
Plus I could buy gift items for the last people on my list. Win, win

Dunn Bros is a coffee chain based in Minnesota, with only 3 locations in Wisconsin, one of them in West Bend. We stopped here at 6:15am before hitting the ice rink around the corner, and they were ready for us with tasty hot coffee. Creative interior.

Just grabbing a cup of coffee with counter service is what this has to offer. The atmosphere is fast food like with limited charm appealing outside of its huge competitors. The coffee was ok

Everytime, I go here I ask for no whip cream. Yet, I STILL get it. Why is it so hard? Very frustrating.

Hi Ellen! This is Al, the owner of Dunn Brothers Coffee. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your experience. What you described is NOT hard...I agree that if you don't want whipped cream on your drink, you should not get it! Our team is made up of humans and we all certainly make mistakes, but the fact that you are getting it every time you ask not to get it is absolutely unacceptable. I am so sorry that we failed you each time and I can really appreciate your frustration! We have a process in place to try to make sure drinks are correct. They include verbally verifying the order with our guests and writing on the cups. Since this is happening to you every time, one quick way that you can help me identify the issue is quickly checking your drink before you leave our shop. I am personally here most days and I personally recognize and know many of my guests. Please ask for me the next time that you are here so that I can try and make it right for you.

If you are a slow starter and need a jolt to get your morning going, this is the place. Not only are the coffee and pastries great, but they are very community oriented and are known for supporting many local charities. It is a cozy location to chat with friends, read a good book or check your email.

Coming from Australia I generally don't like American coffee, but this Dunn Bros coffee met the Australian standard. I had espresso and cappucinno all were excellent. Options for bakery to have with the coffee are limited.They need to highlight where to order their coffee in the drive through lane. I finally got it right after 5 stops at the place. A sign saying order here on the post would be very helpful.

Owner gives back to community - different charities. Great/fast/friendly service and the coffee is 100 times better than the competitor - starts with an S and ends with an S :)

Chai tea is twice as good as Starbuck's. Convenient access just off of freeway. Decent breakfasts. Friendly, clean and personable location with great drinks. Try it!

Came twice on a business trip. Delicious mixed coffee drinks. I thought the espresso was much to be desired, but everything else made up for that. I would come here over Starbucks any day.

Coffee, staff, service, and premises are excellent.
Wonderful business and owner. It is worth buying the base coffee. FRESH ROASTED and packs a flavor punch from first to twelve cop from a thermos.

Very happy every time I stop there! Excellent quality for your money. Shorter lines than the other coffee shop down the road. The drinks are less sugary concoction and more coffee.

The manager, Al, and everyone on his crew always give friendly, prompt, personal service. He is also a big supporter of the local schools, displaying student artwork in the shop, and participating in coffee sale fundraisers. Daily specials for various groups (students, School district staff, etc.). Freshly ground beans, great tasting coffee; why go to that "other" place?
